  Zahra was very accommodating and easy to understand instructor. She emphasized on-hands practice which made it easier for us to understand the concepts and register the actions well. Overall it has been an amazing experience.

  Joanne did an excellent job! She explained everything so well and with patience! The first aid and CPR/AED course was well structured and never boring! We did hands on training, saw some videos, articles. It was very interactive and interesting, just a great experience! I’ve learned so much, thank you Joanne.
