The customer service at this location is always excellent. I’ve never had a bad experience. And the products at Levi’s are amazing. I always walk away with product that doesn’t disappoint.

Don’t shop here if you have curves or are bigger than a size 12. Their sizes run super small and they only sell bigger sizes online. If American eagle and Abercrombie can be successfully inclusive with their sizes I’m not sure why Levi can’t but it was a really unpleasant experience being told I can’t even fit their biggest size because I have a small waist and bigger hips lol

They have the best customer service. They are very helpful and knowledgeable.I went to the store on a weekend and it was very busy, however a female employee approached me and respectfully greeted me. I told her what I was looking for and she gave me the best suggestions!I ended up getting two pairs that I am loving!Thank you Levis!

So I went to this store today for the returns and the store closing time was 7pm and i was there by 6:55 and the store was already closed. If you can’t keep it open till 7pm, then change it on the websites too.

Great experience. If you are someone who don’t know what they want then just go to this store and let them help you. They are super nice and are always there to help. So if you are someone who wants no help then just let them know beforehand, because these people go above and beyond to make it easy for you.
