Great experience. If you are someone who don’t know what they want then just go to this store and let them help you. They are super nice and are always there to help. So if you are someone who wants no help then just let them know beforehand, because these people go above and beyond to make it easy for you.

I bought a pair of shorts from here today and I went home to try it with other tops that I have. I did take the tags off but I did keep them and the receipt. I realized I didn't like the shorts with any of my other tops, So I went back to the store to try and return them, the store lady said "sorry we do accept items without it's tag on it, we let our customers know we have that policy". When I bought them no one told me about that policy So I had no clue. When I told her I had no clue about the policy she stared at me and shook her head. I find this very unfair and unreasonable.

Very bad experience I bought my Jean from gillford location few days ago first they grab wrong size for me today went there do return it I lost my receipt I sad I can show u my transaction they said no u are not in my system u don’t have account it does not matter stupid workers never will go there any more

Terrible, pushy employees who did not stop harassing my girlfriend in the change room after she told them she did not want their help multiple time. Kept bringing different sizes when she said stop. Not to mention the constant staring and whispering. This was on Black Friday so maybe that’s why it was so bad but it was a pathetic experience all around. You’re not working on commission settle down hand be more mature.

On 12 October, around 4:30 pm we went to the store for a returned jeans, but the lady staff is really rude, she is disrespectful to me in front of so many peoples, and she doesn't know how to deal with customers, I recommend don't visit this store.

Poor management, good employees.Fyi, this store sells older version of jeans. Levi's have a tag on them indicating when they were created, the ones I got from here were 6 years old. Buy online if you want newer jeans.I washed these older ones a single time and they were in a very bad shape, washed the newer ones and they ended up just fine.

Bought a good pair of jeans but the two employees in the store were very rude and disrespectful. Told me they didn’t have my size so I tried on two different sizes in between that size, and the two employees laughed at me and we’re talking behind my back. And when I went to pay the lady acted like she found the pair of jeans I found. Very rude and disrespectful never coming back to this location again.
