Best service before and then rip off, very disappointing. Got my car financed from here,Mr Mohpreet and Mike provided great services and after 6 months, Mr. ram called and said i got offer from same bank for refinance which will reduce my interest without any changes to tenure or amount.
Upon asking about the credit points effect, I was told that 1 or 2 points will be reduces while they check the latest report.
Few days later when I checked, I found that he applied for refinance my car at different banks without my authorization and didn’t even get the results and stopped replying.
i did not expect this from Legacy Auto. Very disappointing. I would never trust Mr. Ram and Nathan (finance guy) at this dealership or the upper management who let things like this happen.

Please do not buy a car without being sure of the price for which you are buying it, we made our purchase with this dealer a year ago and we realized that the sale price is far from the market price at the time we made the purchase, the dealer advisor was not clear and now we have a big problem to change our vehicle.

Moh was excellent to deal with. I made it clear to him I was driving 4 hours to come buy a suv and didn’t want to be disappointed. He checked everything over I was aware of everything before leaving even sent me videos also went above and beyond suggesting places for us to check out while we were in the area. Transaction went well all the rest of the staff were great as well. Not often you buy at a dealership and feel great about the whole process and pricing. Thanks again will be back!!!

What can I say about the guys out at legacy, They became my little dream team!! I was looking to purchase some thing suitable for all my needs as a mom of small children I wear many hats. The atmosphere was nice. Communication was clear and I did not feel rushed! Great selection and prices, If you’re looking for specifics and want a trustable team I highly recommend these guys. I bought a car on December 28th, 2023. I bought a 2018 Kia Soul ex. I didn't have it for 90 days before the engine went in it. Thank god I made it home and that it didn't leave me stranded in the Frazer Canyon with my kid in the car. I called to find out what warranty I had. They told me. I took it to Kia in my local area to find out that I needed to prove 3 oil changes which I couldn't prove as I didn't have the car long enough Kia asked me if I could get proof of an oil that was done by the dealership that they could use. So I called the dealership asking them for a safety inspection and oil change to find out that they hadn't done an oil change before selling me the car, but found out that whoever did an inspection wrote on the inspection that the oil wasn't due for another 3000km. How they are able to know the life expectancy of the oil? feel like they took advantage of the situation that I was in at the time and that I am a single mom who was in need of a vehicle asap as there is not public transport or taxis where I live. Now I am back in a situation that I didn't want to be in again. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AS THEY SELL LEMON

if i could id give them 0. horrible people.. cond single mothers into buying lemons. they dont do oil changes on vehicles before purchase. they dont return calls. stay far away there 4 star rating is all there buddys
