Profesional HACK. Between the tows, the part he told me I needed but wouldn't install himself, and service charge total more than $1000 and the vehicle still wasn't operable. Not anymore capable than a jiffy lube service.

I’ve brought a car for pre purchase inspection on Saturday. Mike took a good look to a car in 30 minutes and showed me the problems. Really good service in a short notice.

Knight Auto saved our trip. We are on the road trip from Victoria to Calgary and I noticed a significant shaking in the car once we hit the highway after the ferry. After quick googling we stumbled across this place and how lucky we were. It was towards the end of the day and the place was busy, but they promised to fit us in. The problem was quickly identified by Mike and the crew and we were back on the road in a matter of 1.5 hours. The craziest part is that Mike refused to take the payment. I was impressed by professionalism, expertise and integrity of this company. It’s truly grate to see. Thank you Mike and team!

I was severely overcharged recently. I had to get two new Strut Assembly's for a Nissan Versa installed (they usually come in pairs). I was Charged $695 for both Struts alone on my 2009 Versa. You can find pairs of brand new struts as low as $150 or even lower. Easy $500+ cash in. Labour costing nearly $400 as well just to replace the two struts. Michael Will charged you premium prices. I'd avoid this place at all costs. He also has extremly poor communication skills, and horrendous customer service skills. He is vague and gives half answers. Doesn't even look at you while speaking. From what he told me, the Struts were both going to be $350 then the labour on top. The work was done, the total price ended up totaling a shocking $1170 to replace them. They managed to charge me $1170 to replace a $200 part. These are not honest people.

Mike is awesome! Saved us over $1300 compared to what another shop / dealer wanted to charge us. Did what was necessary on our vehicle to get us back on the road quickly and safely. Highly recommend, great service and value. We will be back!

Great place to take your vehicle; I had a battery in need of replacing and they accommodated me and within an hour I was back on the road with a new battery. Very courteous and professional, highly recommended!

Charged $200 for a electronic control module that retails for $30 nevermind the ecm was perfectly fine. Then labour on top of that. bill came to $500 for a simple diagnosis
