Mandeep was knowledgeable and an excellent consultant! My daughter’s skin suddenly got red and dry for a couple weeks, however, my daughter’s skin became clear in 2 days after we followed skin care and products that Mandeep gave!

I loved Kiehls for a significant amount of time. Purchased multiple different products religiously every couple of months. I switched over to the water cream which I enjoyed but then noticed it started burning my skin and become very uncomfortable every time I used it. I would purchase 1-2 back ups so I had a unopened full jar and considering everything was on file I took it back to return because I was unable to use. She refused to take it back without a receipt even though everything is apparently on file. I also had 12 recyclables to return because every 5 you get $16 off. She took them then walked away to help someone else. She was rude and had no intention of putting my bottles on file for next time. I reached out to customer service 3 times and no response. I’ve written off Kiehls completely after these experiences. Everything that was purchased for me for Christmas will be returned and I will never support this company I was once very loyal to.

Manager here is absolute bonkers. Super rude and dumb. Can’t probably see and understand the receipts so forget about her understanding the numbers. The band new employee on training got the numbers rightaway and was doing the right calculations. She interrupted her employee and was doing it all wrong when the employee had to explain to her. I told her I won’t be ever returning to this store as it has a manager with zero customer service skills and zero Brians and she goes I hope you don’t. I hope the head office revisits their decision. If having a manger who knows what customer service means and has a bit of brains if not too much to do the basic job. May be the higher management can get the employees to train her.

I was in the mall for shopping! And was looking for the extensions. I walk in the store . I was looking at the wigs and extensions. The staff was so rude. The girl working there told me not to touch the stuff I am looking at. How someone can buy the stuff before making sure it’s the right product . Instead of giving me info about the products the girl showed the attitude and very very rude. I left buying anything. Won’t recommend to go there. No wonder they have so many bad reviews.

Unsatisfying customer service experience. I like the kiehl’s products so I went this store often, however, when I entered the store nobody welcomed to me. And it was busy with other customers so I can understand it. However, it was really hard to ask some questions about the products and price.

After going to almost every Kiehl's store in the lower mainland, the lovely woman at the Surrey outlet managed to get me what all the other Kiehl's store could not. The other stores instead of going on line and checking to see if the product I was after was available at any OTHER Kiehl's store (it's one chain of stores right?) they were more interested in putting me on a waiting list and getting my email address so they can send me endless advertising.This woman at Kiehl's in Surrey gave me her information and told me to contact her if I ever needed anything. Wow, she understands customer service unlike the young girls in the Vancouver stores.

I’ve never more uncomfortable in a place than I did today with my fiancé. We were there to stock up on our regular stuff. The girl came over asked if we needed anything like normal and when we said oh we’re good she stepped backwards 2 FEET. Still staring at us. Not talking just watching us for 3 minutes until we grabbed what we needed and walked to the till.Honestly I rather order online from Sephora then go into this place.
