Very Bad Experience, I visited with my wife and associate was so rude, she didn’t show any interest and just throw 4 or 5 packs of suit in front of us and said this is what we have and we are not allowed to open it and we don’t have anything similar on display as well …. Will never gonna visit here ??????

Came here to get a men’s kurta event outfit. Their ladies there were extremely helpful and kind. They provided samples and even helped us pick out an outfit for our son. Truly impressed with their customer service and will definitely return.

Very bad experience.I went this store today with my mom.we bought 3 meter fabric.lady said it is 3 meter enough for my mom suit. But it was 16 inch less than 3 meter. Then I called them,talked with that lady. She did not accept her mistake, hang on phone said very busy. She looked very sleepy and tired. why they hired unprofessional lady for measuring fabric. They should give them good training for measuring. I will Recommended always double check measurements before left store. Zero customer service.

bad experience, bad customer service. all aunties very very rude behavior. all aunties always make manager. Nobody helps the customer. I can't see why the sir is opening the door and I don't know who has bought the clothes, but no one can understand the face of Canada or 4 paise hegge, how much does the customer service aunty give me? first training session. No smile on her face.

This is a W shop I love Kapra Mandi I got so many turbans from there and that old aunty was gone but there was new one but I got alot turbans from here kapra mandi and most the turbans I have are from kapra mandi and I love it and love my turban that I bought from kapra mandi I have alot turbans now I don't need more and my job is done ❤ ?

Went to KapraMandi Payal Centre for my wedding shopping. Absolutely loved all their articles. All their fabrics are trendy, affordable and high-quality. On top of that, staff is very cooperative and friendly. I definitely loved how they guide about each and every fabric and assist you throughout your shopping. Highly recommended
