Very disappointed called a few days ago for a quote on a oil pan gasket replacement. Waited 20 mins for someone to come to the phone.
The person who answered the phone had no idea what I was talking about. Put me on hold to ask the manager. Came back to the phone and told me I would need to pay to diagnosis the car before quote. I have a diagnosis from the dealership so why would I have to pay for another one, the staff member didn't know what to say. I left my name and number for the Manager to call me so I could clarify that I didn't need a diagnosis and no one called me back. I'm so disappointed as I have been buying tires for over 25 years from Kal Tire.. i think service is going downhill... Unfortunately this experience was terrible. I ended up finding another mechanic shop who was able to provide me a quote over the phone. Managers should find the time to call their clients especially when you have untrained staff answering the phones and no other way to get a quote.

Went in for tire rotation and alignment. Because I bought my tires at Kal Tire these services were free. Excellent, quick service.

Called into Kal Tire this morning hoping I would be able to get an appointment to fix a flat tire.Luckily I was able to book an appointment for 430pm.I got a call from Kal Tire around 215pm informing me that I could come in sooner because of a cancellation,So that worked out even better! I was helped right away and had great customer service! Thanks again guys! Keep up the good work!

I had a flat tire and was told it can’t be repaired due to the damage was too close to the side. KAL TIRE checked it carefully and have it repaired for free! I’ll only choose Kal Tire from now on. Staffs are very nice and reliable, Thank you Ryan!

Pretty abysmal experience here. From watching an employee underhand throw my rim onto the concrete causing some scratches, to another employee scratching/ripping my drivers seat to the point it needs to be repaired. (how do you even manage that?) Had to go back a second time after getting my new wheels mounted an balanced because the techs couldn't be bothered to properly install wheel weights.. (big waste of time) All of them were crooked and one was poking out past my barrel (as pictured below) All i got was 20% off an alignment which was only about $20 in savings when the damage done to my vehicle is well over that. I don't recommend coming here unless you are prepared to have your property damaged. I expect my seat repair to be paid for by Kaltire.

I had a nail stuck in my tesla’s wheel and it was extremely deep in. And in the span of 30 minutes Kal tire fixed it.

Had a tire puncture and dropped it off early morning and they repaired it same day. Went in the next morning to have it put on and it was so quick! Very friendly staff!

Worst alignment I’ve ever gotten, and most dishonest people working there, would never go back. I do all my work on my cars myself, and went there because I cannot do an alignment myself since it needs special equipment. Went there after replacing my subframe and control arms. They told me my rear toe doesn’t have adjustment, and I tell them that yes it does have adjustment, because I took the adjustment bolt out myself and every other alignment I’ve ever gotten they could adjust it no problem. So since they realize I’m not someone who doesn’t know anything about cars, they change their story to say the adjustment bolt was seized and couldn’t be turned, and that they even tried a torch to break it loose. Two things, one, you absolutely do not use a torch here because you will destroy the control arm bushings. Second, I tightened it myself and I know how tight I made it, plus it could not possibly have been seized because I did this a couple days a before the alignment. So I brought it home and checked it myself, and sure enough I was able to loosen it no problem. This place hires people who don’t know what they’re doing and instead of accepting that they don’t know what they’re doing, they make up lies so they don’t have to redo their work. Save yourself the headache and go to shops that know what they’re doing. Don’t go to these franchise shops, go to independent shops that do all sorts of mechanics work, and not just alignments and tires.
