Worst customer service ever the girl working there was just sitting on the cash counter on her phone..she didn't you greet us in or even try to help us. I would never come back to this store or recommend anyone to go.

The sizing has change so much. They no longer fit anyone over a size XL. I went in store thinking the sizing was the same as the old pair I wear. Was assured by the sales girls that they fit up to a size 22, so I bought five pairs since the old pair I have fit perfectly. Only to my surprise, The cut and fit has changed, and now they barely fit someone who is a size 16. Won't be buying from them again. I loved the fleece lined leggings but they have changed the fit to not include plus size people.

Bought 2 pairs but didn't try them on in the store due to COVID-19. when I got home realized it was a wrong size. Tags still on, brought them back to store to exchange. Because the receipt was lost and even though tags and bag still there, manager refused to exchange??!!! Power tripping manager at Langley location.

They are comfy, but the size to "fit" has changed (smaller). I cannot call any store location, as they do not have a contact numbers, and when I emailed their web page, I got a reply saying: "We are separate from stores and we do not have any contact information. Sorry for the inconvenience!" Not happy.

Horrible service. Came to the Logheed Mall store on November 18th at about 6:50PM with the store closing at 7. Doors were open so we walked in and picked out 2 pairs of pants to try on and buy went to try them on and the lady working their told us we could try them on they are closing in a very rude way. Lost a sale, we will never come to this store again.

I ordered online at justcozy.ca. I couldn't find a place to leave this review, so I thought I would leave it here.I bought a pair of slipper socks for my daughter. She wore them twice, and both the right and left started falling apart. I attempted to exchange them at the local store, but the store was unable to deal with online orders. I emailed customer service and was denied a refund for the defective product. I was told I could have a credit, but would have to pay $15 shipping in order to use the credit. After I already paid $15 to receive the defective slipper. I have never had to pay shipping to exchange a defective product before.Buyer beware. Poor customer service, the product fell apart, and the company does not stand behind their product.

I did online shop with just cozy but they don't let people give one star on their website so I am leaving review here.It's nothing to these retail store,.It's all about how terrible experience with online shopping.Wished I could give NO star.I had a TERRIBLE experience with exchanging items.It was VERY SLOW process on exchanging items.1. I was told I could return.But second person said I can not return.2. I asked if I can exchange/return at the retail store near me.They NEVER responded to that question which I ASKED TWICE so I didn't need to spend $40 on shipping back.3. I was told 2 items out of 4 were available in my size.A day later, they told me only one of the kind is available in my size.4. I mentioned them more than a few times that I'd like to receive these items "As Soon As Possible" so I can wear them on my vacation.Of course they don't care/recognize how excited I was to wear new leggings on my vacation.It would've made me feel a lot better if they just simply say "Sorry, we are unable to deliver that quick to you" which shows care and recognition to customers.Or just ask me to pay extra for express shipping which is not more than $15 for next day delivery,Instead of "IGNORING" ...All the process of exchanging with Just Cozy was very frustrating.All I could see with these experiences showed that they are careless towards to customers.Not a great quality of leggings anyways,Not going back and not recommending to anyone.
