We took my husbands custom wedding ring in to be fixed.
It was a complicated thing to be fixed seeing as it was a custom titanium ring. Jose was able to fix the ring and it looks better than when it was new. They are extremely friendly and we will definitely be using them for all jewelry whether it’s for something to be fixed or something new!

Jose is a master at his craft. The service is excellent from him and Kamal. I would highly recommend him for all your jewelry needs. Addendum: I just picked up an exquisite diamond ring, hand crafted by José. He is so good at what he does, that each time I’m there, I want to order another piece of jewellery.

Best jeweller around in lower mainland! They have done many jobs on rings I own from resizing, replacing gems, fixing watches and fixing weak spots on necklaces and pendants. They are thorough and trustworthy. I highly recommend Jose and Co. Great people!

Strong recommendation not to do business with this jeweller.
I dropped off a very basic watch to be repaired asking specifically that I needed it within two weeks for a family event. I was told they’d take a look at it and let me know the cost of repair etc. A week later when I hadn’t heard back I called for an update and they admitted they hadn’t looked at it yet and told me it would be at least another 1-2 weeks and if I couldn’t wait that long I could just pick up the watch if I wanted.
When I went to pick it up an extremely rude gentleman confronted me about being upset and said they’d been doing me a favour (?)
I would avoid this place, plenty of good jewellers in white rock who are actually customer service oriented.

I had a piece of jewelry repaired. Some diamonds had fallen out and the piece looked funny so I never wore it. Jose replaced the missing diamonds , checked the settings of the remaining ones, polished it all up and now it's stunning. All for a very reasonable price.

I took my husband’s wedding band to José to be resized. He was able to find the best solution to ensure it was resized without compromising the three diamonds that sit in the centre.
