Did not do to well, came to get my bumper fixed and instead of replacing the part they glued it back on and did a bad paint job. A couple months later it started to come apart and won’t take responsibility on it.

If you are looking to get good quality body work done for your vehicle, this business is not recommended at all. I had the impression that due to this being a reputable business that I would receive the best possible service for my car, but I was wrong. I would highly recommend getting your work done by a private shop, as I believe they would care more about their reputation and deliver high quality craftsmanship. When I first picked up the serviced vehicle and inspected the work, I found numerous issues with the repair. They had used very low quality replacement parts such as a scratched headlight and a broken bumper, a poorly fitted fender and bumper, and the side mirror hung loosely in the wind while driving.While taking off the bumper for the repair, it seems that they handled it very carelessly and broke the passenger side fender flare, all the while denying that they broke it. The repair was so bad that the fender flare shot off while driving on the highway. The unfortunate part is that they were claiming that it was already broken, despite me even showing them the freshly broken brackets and images of the car beforehand. They agreed with the underwhelming craftsmanship after I reported the issues, and they agreed to fix all the issues apart from the broken fender flare, which they want me to pay for as well. I called ICBC and reported this issue to them as well, but they were no help, saying that it is up to me and the body shop to resolve the issue with the broken fender flare. Ultimately, I am still driving my car despite all the issues, and it is extremely frustrating that it seems they do not value their work ethics and instead try to get the work done with minimal effort. The fender flare is not even expensive and I am okay with paying for the part, but I am disgusted with the way that they still asked me to contribute despite them breaking the part and denying that they broke it. One of their staff even had the audacity to tell me that my '09 car is old. Do you determine the quality of the service depending on how new or old the vehicle is? @Jim Pattison Toyota, is this really how you treat your customers, or is it just me who thinks that this is terrible customer service?

On June 23, 2022, I had an appointment at 10:00 am at Jim Pattison Surrey. Sarath was my service advisor for that day. I showed up perfectly on time of the appointment and asked to change the seat buckle and check for any update for the stereo system. Sarath said that it will take only two hours.I waited for two hours and asked is it done or not. He said it had gone for car washing. I waited for another 50 minutes and still didn’t get any completion notice. As I waited for almost THREE hours just to change seat buckle, when I asked about my car status, Sarath was so rude and said “IF YOU WANT TO GO EARLY, DON’T WASH YOUR CAR AND GO” That was a horrible experience for me after waiting for three hours.

Be careful about the service department. I sent my car in to replace the transmission fluid. Which should cost around $400. When I was waiting, I received a call from the mechanic. He said your car was noisy because the water pump was almost worn out. It would cost $300 for the parts and $750 for the labor. I said go ahead. But when I received my car, the paper said the water pump was worn out + leakage at the flex pipe from the muffler , which was never mentioned before. The car was still noisy as before after I spent $1100 more. This Lexus car actually is only at around $160K KM on its mileage. I contacted them back, basically, what they were saying was: You got a very good deal from here! I was lucky enough to spend that money there! They are making more money from my visit anyway.

Fantastic service from Nadine - she was very personable and knowledgeable and made our experience smooth. We weren't planning on purchasing a car right there and then but they had the car we needed and she really helped us throughout the process. Sabrina the financial agent was fantastic too! She explained our purchase clearly and answered all our questions. This is actually the third time we've worked with Sabrina and this wasn't planned so a great surprise! On top of it all, the insurance broker was lovely too! We had 3 lovely strong women to help us throughout the whole process. Highly recommend and will definitely go back from any service.

UPDATE:AC fix:Went back to repair what turned out to be an AC Condensor failure (initial fix after someone hit my car while parked). Grant actually took the time to bring out the leaking Condensor to confirm the fix was correct, and repeatedly followed up with ICBC for me to ensure I was reimbursed. Who does that these days??Simple fantastic.Control Arm replacement:Went in to Jim Pattison Surrey for a glass claim and ask if they could look at a control arm fix that a prior shop had put in (twice) but was clanking. Other shops had not been able to diagnose the problem and I had a list of parts replacements including front tires, bearings, and multiple alignments - all this for a 2017 RAV4 Hybrid SE; I was at my wits end.I spoke with Grant M. on the phone who mentioned "I like a good suspension challenge".He quickly brought me in (Friday call, Monday on the hoist), confirmed his diagnosis on the phone based on my alignment reports, his technologit's review, and running a test drive with him to replicate the sound.It's been a month now, and the clanking that was plaguing me for a solid year is goneI waited a month to post this in case the sound came back - it hasn't. The glass replaced (I have a forward stock camera that is part of the collision avoidance system) was also a clean and seamless process.Grant M. has earned my business and I will refer all friends and family that go Toyota to him.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I have brought a few ICBC claims here and their service has been great. I was given a loaner vehicle while my car was worked on. I had one vehicle assessed for damages for an ICBC claim and they were able to buff out the scrapes, free of charge and without doing an ICBC claim.

I am very happy with the repair/repaint. Grant and his team were very professional and the work is excellent. My vehicle was vandalized (keyed) and they fixed it to brand new condition.

I had the first service done on my new car. The service department was great at organizing all the things I needed: a service, a couple of TRD performance parts, and the set up of my snow tires plus storage. My car was completed at the time they gave me. My service person did a good job at explaining the costs and other options that are available. The parts department was really good also. They helped me find the right snow tires and wheels for my car. They also explained how their tire storage worked. All their staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Very happy with my experience with this dealership. From sales to parts to service.

On Thursday July 21, 2022 I called Jim Pattison Toyota Dealership in Surrey, BC and spoke to a gentleman in the Parts Dept looking for an Idler Pulley Bearing for a 2007 Toyota Highlander. He said they don't have it in stock and said if I came in to pay for it they it will arrived the next day. He quoted me the price at $120 and given I can't find it anywhere else locally and in a short amount of time I said fine. I went in to pay for it and surprise they changed the price to $230! I was disappointed and wasn't expecting that! Still I needed the part, sucked it up, and paid for it. Came back next day and surprise they told me it won't be here til next Tuesday and had to wait 4 more days! If I knew I had to wait that long I should have ordered the part myself from somewhere else and probably pay way cheaper too! Don't be too trusting and stay away from this unprofessional and poor customer service dealership! They are LIARS!
