Amazing Canadian brand. I have ordered their knit sweaters and scrunchies and they are amazing quality!! Can’t wait to order more from them for my kids. Love that their clothes are made in Canada and everything is neutral coloured. For anyone complaining about their prices in the reviews, you have no idea how high manufacturing costs are in Canada compared to other countries, and they often have sales, so take advantage of those to show them your support. You can’t want to buy Canadian made clothes and then complain about the higher prices.

My experience with Jax & Lennon was exceptional. It was my first order. Notifications were good and kept me informed of the order.
Quality of products was excellent. However, one item was missing. When I sent an email in the evening about it, I had a response the next morning, explaining what happened, and that the item was now sold out, and so they had to refund me. And the refund was already on my visa. In less than 24 hours, issue resolved! What a model of exceptional customer service. Thank you Jax & Lennon for your outstanding customer service. I’ve told many people about this experience.

Amazing quality clothing, prompt shipping and awesome customer service. Love their clothing for my kiddos and as well as myself! I highly recommend the women's knits! They just had an amazing sale and I ordered Friday and got my product from BC to northern AB on Monday! Talk about quick shipping. Highly recommend!

The material of these clothes is really soft, so I’ve bought crib sheets, infant lounge suits, blankets, and some other items. I would never pay full price though, and I’m disappointed that Jax and Lennon’s pricing is so high.My main complaint is the inconsistent sizing. If you have a chubby baby like I do, you need to size up. In Jax and Lennon clothing my 4 month old’s leg can barely make it into a 12-18 month infant lounge suit. When he was born at 8.5 lbs I was given the infant knot gown as a gift. Again, he lasted a week in the gown because his arms grew too large for the sleeves. I’ve ordered the hooded romper and found it fits much looser than the lounge suits. Confusing and frustrating because sale items are final sale. But how are moms supposed to afford full price? I’d love to see an option to leave reviews on the website so we can get a sense of sizing from other buyers.To summarize, the material of these clothes is lovely on a baby’s skin, but it is not worth full price and beware of size inconsistencies. I noticed most of the Google reviews for Jax and Lennon are from 2 years ago or later, so I don’t know if things have changed since then.I’ve also felt turned off when I’ve picked up orders from the warehouse because the staff are not usually friendly and act like you’re taking them away from more important tasks.

I'm really impressed with their clothes and material. I bought a couple of things and they are so soft and comfy. Some outfits look really cute on my nephew.The only place where I give them a 1 ? rating is on there customer service, they are so rude and are not so helpful at all.
