I was here earlier today and when we put our card to pay it said “approved”. Then they told us that it is declined on their end and we have to pay again. We told them we will check our bank account first, but since starbucks wifi was so slow, we had to turn on and off our phone for it to connect to the wifi. Probably stood there around 20-30mins. I asked if this has happened before and they said yes and I asked why they didn’t bother fixing it and now we were just wasting each other’s time. They just stared.I hope that they fix their machine that way it won’t happen again. Very disappointed for today’s experience.

Won't recommend it, sales associate was not familiar with the pricing, promotions or products, guy tried to force a sell after even asking the price twice, untill I was about paying he said of a "promotion issue "

This is an interesting store...... the prices are incredibly inexpensive and you would be fooled into believing there are an European brand. Great place to buy pieces of clothing to style up your wardrobe

After my experience buying the winter coat. I will never shop here ever again. These people never refund and their exchange policy is garbage. Never buy clothing from these people, and their clothing quality doesn't last very long.

The customer service was very rude. They do not explain their policy at all. The manager spoke very rudely when we asked for a refund politely. They did not explain policy or write it somewhere that no refunds!
