My first ICBC renewal with them, they did not update the kms. I was eligible for a kms based discount during COVID. Plus they added a few products such as roadside plus that were not required for me because my vehicle is under warranty. Second year also they did not educate me about these aspects. Third year, no timely follow up or reminder for renewal. I had to find another broker, which rather went in my favor because I saved a lot and learned about the coverages I need not require and this broker had added into my plan. Two+ years of unsatisfactory service.

The place smelled like everything was drenched in flowery perfume. It was overpowering and uncomfortable to be inside for anyone with scent sensitivity.On the upside the lady was friendly and service was fast.
