The cashier girl doesn’t understand english at all. I asked her for receipts of the Gas i filled up and asked her the amount which she pre authorized to which she replied she don’t know. She started telling me that she mistakenly gave me wrong receipts of the previous customer to cover up. But basically receipts was mine but she was confused what i was asking simply because she couldn’t understand english. I guess we all are in Canada where we SPEAK ENGLISH. She even refused to do any transaction for me for my further purchase telling me to “Request me properly”. I had everything on Video and video would be posted on social media so people can avoid unnecessary headaches going to that gas station. She called 911 on me because I started making video of her yelling on me.

I tried three different pumps each time customer service agent canceled my transaction reason is last week I bought few things and I received bunch of quarters nickel and dimes in change of five dollars.
Customer service is so bad ? I can't believe it. Good thing is Gas is few cents cheaper than others

I had been filling up since they open and sometimes I wanted to pay in coins all rolled , wrapped coins. Like $25 or $50. Guess what? They won't take it! Like why?? It's money in exchange for gas. The ladies who works in the cashier has no sense of customer service, they will even frown on you explaining themselves that I shouldn't complain if they not accepting the coins because it's their policy. Is it part of their policy not to accept payment from customers? Money is money regardless on how it's presented in coins or in bills. I never had a bad encounter if guys are in the counter. They are friendly and smiling but the ladies...omg, the manager should change them if they always look irritated w their jobs.

I would like appreciate one your workers. If I remember correctly Jaska is her name. She is absolutely lovely she helped me when I was stuck. Can’t appreciate her enough. She’s wonderful and really nice and clean site . Good job guys keep it up especially Jaska keep up the good work.

why do you have propane if your teller dont know how to fill it i went today specially from so far to fill propane in my vehicle when i went there at 8:30 am july 22 the cashier inside said i dont know how to fill it atleast give training to your workers why do you sell if they dont know how to fill it

I went here the other day to fil my 30 lb. propane tank as hey are fairly close to where I live. The price is a flat rate of $30 which is fine but I don't think it was completely filled properly. I have had my tank filled at other places and my sensors usually read 100% after I bring them home but this time it was only reading 94% full. If I go back to where I was filling them before it is only a few minutes more driving. I will try again at this location to see if there may be an issue with my sensors. I will add to this review after I do that in a day or two.
