The journal is amazing! I love the engraving - the size and placement of the name were spot on. It is the perfect graduation gift. The turnaround from order to receipt was so quick too!

Curtis provides amazing customer service, so much so that he has communicated with me after 10 pm when I was off work. He provided samples and exceptional work. My employer loves the customized rustic leather wristband I ordered for him, and it looks fantastic ... as he said, 'It looks rad!'

We ordered a sign for a wedding gift. We were very pleased with the purchase as well as great customer service. We will highly recommend to family and friends that Heartwood Gifts is a unique gift giving choice. We live in New Brunswick and they shipped our purchase across Canada from British Columbia. On the back of the sign we ordered is their company name and location which states: Handmade especially for you. Just a perfect touch in our opinion.

I have purchased many items from Heartwood Gifts, especially the wooden pens with free engraving and the Rustico switchback leather notebook journals. I have been completely satisfied with every article and the speed in which the orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered. Once, I ordered a pen and asked for a certain font. Curtis decided he did not like the look of the pen and sent me a new pen with a different font. Not only did he do this, but he included the other pen, so I ended up with two pens for the price of one. I asked for the notebooks to have a quote centred on the book and the name of the person receiving the book at the bottom. Curtis did this at no extra cost and the end product was simply amazing. I was so impressed, I immediately ordered two more of these books for friends as they are a beautiful gift, considering the cost of the notebook, especially for a professional. I would recommend this company to anyone. Their products and services are second to none and Curtis is the epitome of a true professional who cares about his customers' satisfaction. I ordered this sign as a wedding gift for our dear friends. The quality of the workmanship was awesome, totally exceeded my expectations. The bride and groom LOVED the sign and chose to use it on the day of the wedding as decoration! Everyone commented on how awesome it was. Got a sign made as a retirement gift for one of my good customers. Had the idea of getting another one created as a gift for my fiancee. Curtis helped me with the design, layout, and colours for the gift to my fiancee. It looks great! Very happy with both items. Beautiful product, with phenomenal customer service like I’ve never experienced before. I was ordering a set of pens as a gift, and Curtis was kind enough to email me photos of the personalized product before mailing it to the recipient so I could see what it looked like, and then also gift wrapped the set for me and included a note card with my message to the recipient. Very friendly, fast, and responsive service.

We were so pleased to find a local business to help us provide engraved gifts to our staff. Curtis was very helpful and quickly responding to all requests. I ordered two personalized signs for our family cabin as a surprise Father’s Day gift. I was very impressed with the font and colour selections available and the user friendly online ordering process. Curtis was very quick to get back to me with answers to my questions and send me proofs of design ideas.When the signs arrived, they were exactly what I wanted and look perfect at our cabin.
