I had a very disappointing experience at H&M today. After spending two hours carefully selecting my clothes, the staff mixed them up. When I asked for help, the staff member was dismissive and rude. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience or offering assistance, she told me to search again despite the considerable time I had already spent. Her attitude was unprofessional and she argued with me rather than addressing the problem. It was extremely disappointing to be treated with such disrespect. I hope management takes this seriously and improves customer service and train them properly to prevent others from having a similar experience

I walked in around 11am and asked to put a pair of pants on hold for 15 mins as i was looking around and would be back for them shortly. I came back in the store around 10 mins later and they were gone, either sold, or she just never put them on hold.. either way she was back before 15 minutes and was just purely disappointed.

The girl who had a duty in a womens fitting's room behaviour is very rude towards their customers.. she don't have manners how to talk with customers.. i don't know the name of that rude girl but she is very slim...

Was waiting for 10 mins to pay, there is no sign for lines up to pay. Only good thing is, very polite to ask pay $0.25 for the bag, the cashier is polite too.

Apparently all accessory items are Final Sale.It’s a hidden store policy that Customers don’t know until a purchase to see that information somewhere on receipt. Accessory Stands do not have this information and it’s not clear about a hairpiece on the receipt either. So now I know never purchase any accessories here ever again.

This is an awful store, with the worst service. I went there today (4:30 - upper level) to exchange a gift my daughter received on her birthday. Unfortunately i didn’t have the gift receipt, but the dress had all the tags attached and H&M’s label. They didn’t exchange or had any effort to look at the system to find the dress - they could at least handle me a gift card, so I would buy at the store again. The seller said that they couldn’t accept because they don’t know if the dress was from the store (even though she was seeing the label there - I put a picture here). How come?? The manager was very disrespectful and mean. The way they were dealing with the situation made me feel like was a criminal trying to commit fraude or something, but the dress is legit, it just doesn’t fit my daughter. The manager even denied to lend me a pen so I could take a note. Even though I was with my 2-year old girl upset and crying, and a heavy bag, she was pushing me out of the store. No empathy at all. This is not the way you treat people. This is not the way to deal with customers. How is H&M training their staff? I am very very disappointed and I’m seriously thinking of filing a lawsuit.
