Where do I even begin?! Anyone who shops in Payal knows the stress and headache and haggling that is involved… this experience was the exact opposite… Param and her husband are two of the kindest people I have met, not to mention fashionable… from the moment we walked in their customer service including both the girls working in the store, was above and beyond, they were kind and patient and so helpful… and to top it off, their prices are VERY REASONABLE!!! I highly recommend this gem of a store for ALL Indian occasions including your own wedding!!
They have an array of sizes!! And they even offer in store tailoring… I found the store by complete accident and bought two outfits from them, and will continue to come back. Some people deserve a great recommendation and these are those people.

I recently bought a beautiful navy blue lehenga from this store, and I must say, I am thrilled with my purchase! The fabric quality is exceptional, and the intricate design work on the lehenga is stunning. Amazing service! My mom, sister, and I have been coming here for years and are always happy with the service. They make every custom-made request exactly like as you want and have an amazing ready-made collection. The entire staff is extremely kind and helpful as well.

This place is amazing.
They have all sorts of up to date outfits which are budget friendly.
I came in looking for a lengha which didn't have your typical mirror and heavy bead work and they had just what I was looking for.
The customer service is amazing and they are so gentle.
When I came back to pick up the altered lengha they knew exactly who I was and had the lengha out and ready for me to try out within minutes.
I have recommended this place to my friends and family and they are just as happy as I am.

Absolutely amazing customer service! Always a great experience when I shop with such polite service and never forced upon purchasing. They prioritize quality of their outfits and have never failed to impress me on the outfits they carry. They have such a wide selection of outfits ranging from lenghas, shararas, salwar suits, etc. They also custom any outfit, never failing to bring your vision to life. I’ve only resorted to shopping here and can get ready made outfits instantly with alterations done with such care and perfection! They are a very inclusive store with no judgement! Overall an incredible experience every time I have purchased or have just come to browse! Would definitely recommend to everyone and anyone!

Highly recommend Gulzar if you're in search of a reliable store that sells variety of ethnic wears. We have been going to them for about 3 years now and have had some outfits customized too (suits and men's kurtha and vests) never disappointed. Parm and her team always deliver, the customer service is great too and make you feel Absolutely comfortable. They have great variety of outfits and different from the ones you see at other stores in the plaza. Highly recommend!

I've been coming to Gulzar for a few years now. I've gotten outfits for my pre wedding events and friends and family wedding events. The staff here are amazing and friendly. My go to is Parm, she has great customer service and always makes sure I get what I'm asking for. Highy recommended Gulzar for your Indian outfits

AMAZING SERVICE AND GREAT PRICES!
I’ve bought outfits from them before and they have lasted me years! I have a lehnga that I bought when they first opened and I still wear it and get compliments from so many people! This time around they went above and beyond to do a colour match and altered it to fit me as though it was a custom-made outfit. I would highly recommend checking them out!
