Undertrained staff. Does not know the difference between the worth of a single purchase stamp and the worth of discounted booklet stamp. If you buy a single stamp it costs $1.07 but if you buy a booklet it costs $0.92 per stamp but it's worth $1.07. She insisted I pay the difference. Will never drop of mail here again.
