I’ve been thinking about how costumer service is dead these days and it was confirmed today after walking into this store. I had asked the manager, Patricia, a question about a dress that was being displayed that had stains/marks and piling. Patricia told me to just get another one and walks away. It is GRAD season and I was looking for a dress and her response was worthless as I would have looked for another dress anyways. Why have dirty dresses displayed for costumers to buy?

Bought a guess jacket at Metrotown but they wont let me return my jacket that is brand new and has tags on it for in store credit at Guildford, they said I have to drive all the way to Metrotown for that. The managers name is Sonia.

My favorite clothing store. I always buy my dresses there. I ❤everything in the store. I just bought two fabulous dresses, a belt few days ago. My closet is filled with dresses, shoes, dress pants. I have almost everything from Marciano and Guess. Gorgeous, stylish, stunning dresses

I came in with some friends because I wanted to buy myself some jeans. As soon as we walked in we started to get followed by a sales associate. He was not discreet at all and it made us extremely uncomfortable. It’s hard to shop for yourself when your being treated like aShoplifter. If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I have never been so disrespected before in my life. Never shopping at Guess again.

My girlfriend bought me a Guess watch from The Bay and it started squeaking really loud in the stainless steel strap. So we returned it and the rep there told us that all the Guess watches squeak like that, I didn’t believe it so I went to the Guess store to consult with them about this and there employees told me their watches don’t squeak at all so when I tried to give it a second chance and got the same watch from them it was squeaking even louder than the first one and their employees misquoted me on false information. Then when I tried to go back and return it despite the fact it was a final sale I was sold a faulty product and told that they only stick to the policy even though they were completely at fault for quoting me wrong information that their watches do not squeak. In my perspective they should have bitten the bullet and returned it to fix the problem they created, on top of that the manager I spoke to was very rude about explain this to my girlfriend and I and when I asked how I could fix the squeaking problem she had no solution to it so she compared the watch to a door and said to put some oil on it even though they are two completely different things. I have a watch from Walmart for $25 that doesn’t squeak and is better quality than the watch I got from Guess and here I spent $218 after tax for something I’m now stuck with; on a business standpoint for meetings I cannot wear this product because it is too unprofessional due to this issue. I highly recommend not buying these watches from Guess, they look great but a quality watch should not squeak.
