I would recommend Gucci towing to anyone and everyone I live in Hope and needed a fairly large step Van moved from Surrey to here same day in the middle of summer on a budget. The owner Paul responded immediately found a solution for me and within hours I had a near impossible (for me in my situation) task solved, job
completed .....with a smile, kindness and professional conduct through and through.
The gentleman went out of his way above and beyond to make this haul possible for me and on such short notice I could not imagine better service ever!!! I'll never call another tow company again ?

I Don’t recommend this company. They will earn your business by quoting low price on the phone but once they come on site, it becomes blaming game, “ he did, she did” I was quoted $200 and then once the. Came on site it changed to $246. I highly recommend 3 king’s Towing.
Stay away from Gucci Towing!!!

Locked my keys in my vehicle. BCAA proudly told me they could get there in an hour and a half! Gucci called me right back & said their guy could get to me in 20 or so minutes. I managed to get the door code from Ford & open it just before the driver arrived. I offered a cancellation fee, but they declined. Will definitely use them if I (hopefully not) need them. Highly recommend.

Had a last minute need for a truck flatbedded up to Kelowna from Surrey, Mike is so kind and fabulous to deal with , he understood my time crunch and stress that I was dealing with needing the vehicle to arrive in a short amount of time, he is very accommodating and pleasant to deal with, I will be using Gucci towing for all my needs as it is a favourable reliable company to deal with that will ensure your vehicle is safely handled and you feel taken care of. Would recommend 100%. They gave me a quote over the phone, and arrived when they said they would. Brian loaded my 4WD SUV up and he was so friendly!
I have only ever had my car towed once before (using another company), and today was a HUGE difference. The price was way more reasonable than the other company, and they were more professional with better equipment. Hopefully I don’t need any more tows, but if I do… this is who I will call, and who I will tell my friends/family to call.
So refreshing to deal with a company that doesn’t take advantage of women!

The tow truck driver of truck 24 pulled over to direct traffic for me and I'm not even getting a tow from Gucci towing I'm waiting for a bcaa truck!! That's how helpful these guys are..they are truly amazing!!!

Very polite and punctual. Had to get my car to the mechanic within a tight time window. Many tow companies get a bad rap for poor service. Not Gucci! It's honestly so refreshing. Would recommend any day!
