The team is quite empathetic - we go there for all our medication. Kiran - the Pharmacist is an exceptional person especially when dealing with older patients. She was very helpful especially with my old mother who is fighting a terminal stage cancer; always proactively preparing or ordering injections. There entire team is polite and I highly recommend them.

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for amazing speed. I requested manager that i need antibiotic quickly as my sick son is in car. They prioritized our prescription and i was out of pharmacy in 5 minutes. Amazing teamwork.

I have been dealing with Satnam Pharmacy for years. I switched after the horrible service I was receiving at other pharmacies.
The entire team is always kind & ensure orders are filled as needed. They go above and beyond in following up with Drs offices if needed. And always call and remind me when my prescription has expired to ensure I do not run out of my medication. Even if that means going the extra mile to find other pharmacies that have it in stock if it is out of stock.
I would never possibly fathom changing to another pharmacy! Thank you to Karen & the entire team for all they do for their patients.

Satnam Pharmacy is wonderful. The staff is amazing especially Kiran. She is so nice and explains everything in details. Your medication is ready on time and you rarely have to wait. I would definitely recommend Satnam Pharmacy.

My experience at Satnam Pharmacy has always been good. All the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Kiran educated me on my medicine and told me how to take it correctly. She is very patient and great at her job. Pharmacy prices are reasonable as well. I would recommend coming to satnam pharmacy you will feel very welcomed. My medicine is always ready on time. They also offer delivery services for your medicine which is very convenient.

I got prescription from my dentist and was unable to get medicines as waiting period was too long. I went to Satnam Pharmacy, I was not able to get a painkiller which was prescribed in nearby pharmacy but the manager told me she’ll provide it early as possible and I received them on the same day. The staff were really helpful and understanding.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for many years but due to specific staff I will be changing pharmacies. Kiran specifically yells at customers and is very rude. I have been trying to get a medication refilled for the past 4 months but they keep faxing my requisition to the wrong number. I understand there can be mistakes but no pharmacist should be yelling at their patients.
I tried talking to Kiran but instead of listening she yells and talks over her patients. I have been coming to this pharmacy for many years when Manmohan was here but will be changing pharmacies now, due to the lack of care and rude behaviour from this pharmacy. Please teach staff how to be patient and talk in a normal tone with patients instead of yelling at them.

During the last a couple of decades since my family and I have been clients, I have found Satnam Pharmacy to provide excellent professional services. The friendly staff always go extra mile to serve, explain and even understand the urgencies. The tradition of excellence continues despite the staff has been changing. Currently, the chief pharmacist Kiran, and Raman keep up with the great customer services. I wish them well in continuing great professional and caring services !!!
