My wife and I were furniture shopping. We saw a dining table set that caught our eyes because we had been looking at this particular set from a different store. For reference, we are referring to the Carolina dining table and Malia chairs from Sahara Furniture Manufacturing. This set caught our eye because it was on sale and we were really excited. We sat on the chairs to test them out and we pulled out our phones to do a price check in comparison to other companies. Out of nowhere, one sales associate came by, clapped their hands, and said, "okay you guys can go text outside." We explained to them that we were checking this product on our phones. I even held my phone up to show them, but they just gave us this suspicious, disapproving look and turned around and walked away. We were stunned at how they interacted with us out of assumption, and frankly, made us feel like we were children. Does this company truly deserve a 1/5 star? Probably not, because they have really excellent products - both art and furniture. But the retail experience felt like a zero. We felt too belittled and embarrassed from the interaction to really shop around. It was one of the most uncomfortable retail experiences in my life. The day/time of this incident was Dec 21 in the afternoon.

I recently purchased a beautiful power recliner chair from GS & Company. Not long after enjoying its comfort, we moved and the underwire was accidentally disconnected. Exemplary service followed from GS & Company when they came to our new home to correct the issue. We were back to reclining comfort the same day. Thank you Corel, Janine and Lindsay.

This Company can bring you the best product and service you’ve ever had. My family purchased an art painting (set with 3 connected pieces) with a great deal + free shipping AND free installation service! They were very professional with the installation, very careful with the details.We were very happy with the installation results, we also had extra two pieces of our own that were needed to be hooked on the wall, they were able to help us hook it on with the best results. They were very happy to help us and didn’t take any tip.We had a great experience from this Gallery place!

Such a good vibe! Their furniture is Canadian and U.S. made, they know their products. The furnishings are incredible. Lamps to vases, wall art. Bigger choices than big box stores. Add that to the great service and the fact they are locally owned and you have a can't miss combination. They have 2 locations in Semihamoo Mall.
