I went in and showed a picture of a wolf cut. I asked the worker to fix up my CURTAIN BANGS. She cut them straight off and gave me baby bangs. As for my hair she kept on saying layers wouldn't look good. I walked out with a Dora cut which was so embarrassing and humiliating. How did a wolf cut with curtain bangs turn into a Dora hair cut? Previously visited I've been told I shouldn't get bangs because they wouldn't suit me, I shouldn't get layers, I shouldn't cut my hair short. It's sad the first time I ever had short hair in my life was ruined because a hairdresser wanted to do her own thing. The hair cut was super uneven.

I have been going to this location for 24 years. The people that work there Sherry and Kelly have been there for a very long time and we know each other and I feel at home every time I visit. They are very professional and very friendly with every one. I will continue going to this location for as long as it will continue to be there.

I recently took my 11-month-old daughter for her first hair cut and we had an amazing experience! The two ladies who assisted us were absolutely wonderful - patient, gentle, and kind. They made my little one feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. Their expertise and care put me at ease as a nervous parent. The cut turned out adorable, and we can't wait to come back for future trims! Highly recommend this salon for kids' haircuts - especially for first-timers like us.

A great no frills place to get a haircut in Surrey city centre for minimal money and no appointment. Quick and competent staff. It’s perfect for just a trim. I went for just a dry cut. At other places my thick long hair takes over an hour and costs $75. Here it was 10 minutes and $20. We skipped a few steps like shampooing, flat ironing, blow drying and texturizing, hence the quick turnaround and cheap cost. Just what I was looking for at the time, with two kids in tow.
I showed up with a somewhat nervous toddler and a sleeping newborn who eventually woke up during my haircut and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They calmed my toddler down and he ended up loving the experience at this location.

Requested style: I chose a style very easy to care for….. a pixie cut.
Stylist: I have become a newbie over the past 1 - 2 years at the King George Blvd. shop and it is the only place I want to get my hair cut in the future.
I was very fortunate to have Kelly as my stylist and she understood exactly what I wanted and that is what I received.
The staff are very polite and very proficient.
Thanks girls! You sure know how to treat an old lady and other customers.

I had a chance to get a hair cut from sherry from Surrey location. She seemed professional at her job the way she communicated but unfortunately she messed up my hair and had to go again for a redo. Staff at this location is bit rude as per my observation and need to improve their customer service skills.
Less talking and more chopping plz.
