I purchased a pair of shoes as well as a cart bag today from Izzy. I find Izzy extremely helpful as she asks what I am looking to find, and then helps by giving options, so that I can make an informed decision.This is the second time that I have purchased shoes here, and both times Izzy did a great job ensuring that I was well looked after. I highly recommend this location.

Last summer I came into the south surrey golftown to upgrade my old set of golf clubs. Kai gave some suggestions initially but suggested I come back dressed more comfortably for a full bag club fitting. We did a fitting for around 2 hours, going through a lot of options. He took his time to assess and had excellent product knowledge. I ended up getting almost a new full set.Fast forward to this week. I wanted to buy a new putter before the season begins and saw kai working. He came up to me and asked me how the clubs were that he fitted me for. I am surprised he even remembered me, given this was around 6 months ago. Really good customer service on his part, especially for someone so young!Keep up the good work Kai

Unbelievable service. Brad had only been working there for 30 days and absolutely nailed it. Great hire to management on their part. Brad you're an absolute gem, keep it up. Would come back for sure.

I don’t write reviews but was compelled to given the excellent service I experienced when purchasing my driver at Golf Town South Surrey from a young British lad Kai. I hadn’t experienced great service other times I visited this store so was pleasantly surprised.I was impressed with Kai’s helpfulness, product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills given his young age. Highly recommended!

This review is purely on my experience with Kai, a young enthusiastic golf fitter.I came in for my first ever full bag fitting and was a bit wary of the experience. When I walked in I didn’t feel especially welcomed, even didn’t have my booking in their system. However, Kai turned my experience right around. I wanted to get fit specifically for Taylormade. While he had trouble locating shafts that actually fit the heads (a lot of broken pieces) he was gracious and took the time with me. We worked together for about 2.5 hours and helped me with a few swing tips. However, while we were doing up the quote other staff were ignoring other customers while trying to get Kai to do the work while he was already clearly busy. Other staff in the store made me feel like my time wasn’t valued. All I will say is, Kai, keep being authentic to yourself and keep doing great work. Your parents should be extremely proud of you, that work ethic and genuine kindness will take you far. Thank you.

First time here and boy did I want to get out as fast as I could. I came because I wanted to use up my gift card. I know nothing about golf but I was open to seeing what was in store. Some of the staff were nice but others made me feel out of place. No greeting upon entry, no effort to make conversation. Not sure if that was just because I wasn't their typical customer. Anyways, if I didn't have a good reason to come here I wouldn't have. (I've heard good stories and clearly there are good reviews about the place. It might've just been some bad apples.)
