Extremely rude owner .. he simply said if you want it then ok or go to somewhere else. When we were there , 3 different families came and he did not even talk to them nicely. I am sure he will never give customer service after you purchase anything from him. Don’t buy from him .

Worst customer service ever experienced by us. They don’t bother at all about their customers. You keep on browsing through the furniture and nobody will approach you to recommend or help you choose the right furniture. Minimal communication with rude tone and no empathy at all. It feels like they don’t care if they get business from you or not.

This person charged $2300 for Queen bed and did not give me receipt and made wrong footboard and now he is not ready to fix itHe is very rude person , disconnected my phone while talking and he is not picking up my phoneIf anyone has faced same problem with him then please email me and we will file a complaint against himSo he couldn’t cheat more people

Poor quality at high prices.They claim to use best materials and have good warranties in place for custom orders, however the reality is they use cheap quality materials. We bought a bed, but within couple of weeks it got cracks and swollen wood, doors are not opening. The owner did not take any responsibility, and did not fix anything. Total waste of money and time !!!

Not recommended !They force you to pay cash, so they can do tax evasion. And biggest benefit for them is cancelled "The Warranties" at any time.We asked the owner that we need a written paperwork for warranties, he refused on our face (quite rudely). He said even if you pay by cheque/cash/card, the warranties detailed will not be provided, just accept verbal commitment.Illegal activity going on at the place, deliberately avoids paying a true tax liability. They intentionally don't provide warranty paperwork so they can easily ignore any issues to the furniture.When we forced him to get a receipt, we want to pay by card, he said you will get a receipt after a week. We wish we did not accept his verbal commitment.We did not get the receipt, even until full payment, had to call him multiple times to get it. Then his "Accountant" called us to get our detail. We were shocked that they still collecting our information, they had no intention to provide us receipt.Eventually got receipt but it was for mattress, how can we claim for warrantees of a sofa, with a mattress invoice? SCAM! He is scamming people. Like other reviewers said he will not give you any paperwork or a wrong paperwork, so he don't have to cover any warranties at all.When we asked about it, his response was very rude, he cancelled our order in their bookkeeping, again to dodge the Taxman, and never refunded us and now we have broken sofa with no warrantees. We have enough evidence to take him to the court. For you please stay away from this shop, do not waste any money.He was ok until we made the payment, however as soon as he got the payment, he was rude and started shouting at us and blaming us random things.Would never deal with this furniture shop.

Bought a bed and it began to discolour (some spots began to turn brown/black) quickly after purchase. The owner stated that it must be because of the moisture in the mattress (unknown how that happens - because we also bought a new mattress) causing the discolouration of the wood. But when we stated that the discolouration occurred inside (as we purchased a box bed, for storage) he just turned a blind eye and stated there’s not much he could do. So, now we have a bed and the frame that’s discoloured turning black (almost like mould is growing). Looks like the finishing on the wood wasn’t done well and cheap wood must have been used. Will not be purchasing anything in the future.

Terrible customer service!! We ordered sofa. The delivery was 2 hours late than scheduled. The quality of sofa was not good, the stitching was not done properly. The delivery was done by totally unprofessionals, they did not cover the furniture while handling or while in their dirty truck. They did not know how to get into a large doors. Did not explain that it could damage. Eventually damaged the door and sofa. Then customer service was horrible !!! Do not recommend !! Stay Away !!
