Best gym around. Excellent instruction by Serge, he's always creative at inventing new methods of torture. If you want to get fit this is a great place and the clientele is great as well. Good group of people to work out with.

Been going to GUTS for over 7 years. The owner Serge does an incredible job of maintaining the quality of his workouts each and every time out regardless of the number of people that show up. The facility is top notch and the experience is unlike any other. The workouts are constantly changing and this keeps things interesting. First workout is free. I have referred several friends and they have been going to GUTS ever since. ✅✅✅✅✅
