Brought cooked chicken from them for party and it was all burnt. I called them and one of the staff told me to take a picture and come down to the store to get a replacement for same. I specifically drove down to the shop and When I go thr the staff agreed to give me uncooked chicken as a replacement, but then the staff went and checked with the higher person sitting inside the cabin (not sure if it was the boss or manager) and he told the staff to deny refund or give any replacement for the burnt chicken. I asked them to allow me to speak with that person sitting inside the cabin (behind the white door) and he never came out to talk to me. As staff said he doesn’t come outside. No courtesy at all or customer service. Very rude behaviour and unethical. Bad experience would never ever go back to this location. I had been so polite to them but in return they have behaved so bad to me.

Staff is not good, specially that punjabi girl ( white skin, good looking) on the counter, she is so rude and her face expressions are full of useless attitude.

BBQ chicken sometimes is not cooked properly. I told them about it but it was still bloody inside today and also had hairs on meat.

Highly recommend! Awesome customer service, great selection of items. My family and I placed a very large order, calledOver the phone and was ready to go as soon as I got there. Out of 60 people in our family gathering and everyone loved. They cater to not only the meat eaters, but they have a great selection for vegetarians too!

I went to the store to buy some chicken I was not even in line bcz I was still making my decision what to buy and a girl called me to the front I asked her to give me a moment and she gave me the worst attitude and made awkward faces I stepped back right away. People should know about customer service before working in retail store.

May/07/2023 update: Garcha Bros. Has not contacted me even though they requested my phone number. Been over a month, they have no interest in trying to resolve, it seems as though they responded only so people reading reviews will think they actually care.April/25/2023 update : After seeing the update in this review, Garcha Bros, emailed me and asked for phone number since they want more clarification on what exactly happened, I provided my phone number and best time to contact.April/21/2023 update: Garcha Bros. Meat shop responded to this review and asked me to e-mail them, I emailed them as per their request on April/21/2023 and they have failed to respond to my email as of April/24/2023. I will update if they do respond, after my disappointing experience I am pretty sure they won’t respond but, if they do, I will definitely share their response.I have been purchasing from the Garcha Meat Shop on 83 Ave &128 St. For at least a decade, I never had any complaints. The location at 13767 72 Avenue surrey, is unfriendly, the uncooked chicken items go bad within less then 12 hours. Today, I purchased 6 cooked chicken pieces, when I came home and served to my family, the pieces were burnt and dry. I called and an employee that answered was unable to speak properly, I was told she is coughing too much and can’t continue the conversation so I was transferred to the Manager, Sukhpreet and she, was extremely rude and told me, I am lying, and it is the Customers job to inspect each piece that is being purchased, this is news to me. I told her this is, Not the first time we have been given old chicken and that they are ruining the name and quality of Garcha Meat Shop. She claimed she does not care, and go ahead and complain we refuse to provide better customer service and will continue to sell meat products that are not fresh. I feel for the original location at 128 St. And will be letting them know that this location is not abiding the freshness rules. So called Manager, Sukhpreet, is extremely rude, arrogant and is not at all for Customer service and refuses to keep Garcha Meat shop good standing. I will be going to the original Garcha Meat Shop location to let them know, this franchise location is ridiculing and ruining their quality. Also, having an employee at work that is coughing so much that she wasn’t able to even tell me, she is will be transferring to the Manager, is extremely concerning, this employee must’ve been coughing g all over the food products. Stay away from this location, will be contacting food safe to check out the cleanliness and make sure they are up to the rules and regulations, and as I am reading reviews of this location, seems like management is incompetent and this location is selling stale meat to many customers, eventually someone get extremely sick from consuming meat from this location, hopefully before that happens, the manager, Sukhpreet will stop the sale of stale old meat. Food safe inspectors will be paying them visit, tired of spending $30 for inedible meat.

They overcharge the price as customer usually doesn’t notice while tapping the card. When i looked at my statement i was charged above thier listed prices.Such a cheap thing to do with customers while running a reputed brand.Never do a mistake to visit this location

Worst place to get you meat. I bought 7 pounds of wings from them today went home started cooking but it was smelling kind of funny, clearly meat was gone bad was sitting for few days and they refused to take it back and said nothing is wrong with it and didn’t give my refund. Don’t ever waste your money at this franchise.
