I went in to buy 2 hoodie and a sweater which I was helped by Alejandro at the register. He was bright and happy and such a wonderful worker. He helped me with 3 separate transactions and helped me set up a membership account. He was very nice and helped me through the process with a bright smile. Good work keep it up Alejandro. Give this man a raise lol

We visited this place last Black Friday, service was great as there were enough staff on duty to serve customers. They also kept the store and merchandise tidy so it was so easy to find items we were looking for. We purchased jeans, sweaters, winter accessories and poplin shirts, all we got for best deals as they price-match online deals at the stores. Service was fast, friendly and cheerful (even during this busiest of shopping days). I will definitely come visit again.

Eunhee is amazing! She went above and beyond in helping me find and try on items in the store (I needed to return/exchange some items I purchased online). She listened to what I wanted, she recommended a couple items I ended up getting as they were a great fit! Shirley helped me at check out and she was very efficient and friendly. Store is well kept, everything is so neatly organized which I loved! Will definitely come back here to shop ??

Sweaters and cardigans should not get holes in them or become this pilled after 10 months of occasional wear and hand washing and drying. I wanted to share my concerns with the customer service department, but their mailbox is always full. This is a quality control issue for Gap in general, not this particular location, but it is disappointing none the less.

My experience at this location was being accused of budging in line. The protocol for lining up to pay does not make any sense at all. I was then snubbed when it was my time to pay. She was happy to help everyone else but me. I personally won't be back.
