The store had lots of neat home things like comfy pillows, soft blankets, stylish furniture, and home decorations that caught my eye right away. The aisles were easy to walk around, and everything was arranged so I could find what I needed without feeling rushed. The people working there were polite and helped me find the right size for a bed frame and gave me good suggestions. When I got home and set everything up, my room felt cozier and more organized. I’m happy with what I bought, and I would definitely go back again when I need more home items. I would tell my friends and family to check this place out too!”

“The bed came shipped in an extremely heavy duty wooden crate which kept everything well protected. There were a LOT of parts but everything was very well crafted for easy assembly. My only complaint is that they provided too many springs for the door mech and the instructions were not overly clear that you don't need them all. It didn't become apparent until the end which makes it almost impossible to remove a spring.
Other than that. Very happy with it.”

“Purchased a sofa from them after visiting the factory over 5 years ago. The sofa has held up extremely well and because we got to custom select the material the cats have not been able to scratch it at all! “I just had the best customer service with this company. Highly recommend them. We got my mother’s older Novo tech bed system, which she needs when she stays with us. The remote stopped working unfortunately but it is over 10 years old. We reached out to the company to see if there was anything we could do to get it up and working again. They were very helpful, kind and professional. Everyone we dealt with including the Assistant manager who we originally talked to. Dana who helped coordinate everything and made sure the problem was dealt with. They sent Steve, a representative out to our house free of charge to help figure out the problem. The remote ended up needing to be replaced and one of the wires re-routed. Steve replaced the remote and fixed everything no charge for us. Thank you all so much again for your help. For the wonderful service we received alone, I would highly recommend this business.”
