Upon check-in, we found a dead centipede in the room. The room also had a strange smell, likely due to its age, and the TV seemed to be about 15 years old. Internet speed is extremely slow.
On the positive side, the check-in process was excellent and the staff were friendly. The 24/7 gym was also a convenient perk.
Walkability: Close to Guildford Village Shopping Centre

There shower is the cheapest shower I have ever seen! There locker room showers, the rooms stink, they don’t have any complimentary hotel coffee, or tea. Just two very expensive bottled tap water ALL for the special price of 500 bucks. Your in the corner right by the highway no nice walk ways and scenery. Oh and if the poor shower system floods the room don’t worry they will change you to another room charge you for the first room and the room your in now. Only to find out that when you shower in that bathroom it also floods too!!!! The worst hotel I have EVER been in!!!
Noteworthy details: Don’t waste your money and go somewhere else!

The room was amazing!! I had 2 queen size beds.. very well separated.. Room was very clean and staff was courteous!
Centrally located as I had to visit Abbortsford and Downtown..

Property is going through an upgrade..which will add streaming services such as Netflix. Staff was friendly & supportive. Special service & attention was provided by Fernanda Sampaio in the inhouse restaurant: FixIn's. Good Show! Local beers are on tap...so a good place to stay if you are in Surrey, BC

We booked a pet friendly room but they gave us an accessible room. It was clean, & the bed super comfy (except flat pillows).
The shower & sink faucets barely had any water pressure. Hot water literally took 3 minutes to come through the shower faucet. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. The handle of the sink faucet literally came off in our hands. Shower curtain was too small for the shower. The hand soap and shower gel bottles were empty. And the icing on the cake was when we told the front desk about all of it, the lady just made notes for maintenance to repair it. We paid over $500 for TWO NIGHTS. Tried 2 applies at the pub & grill next door.. $15 for 6 over cooked Korean BBQ wings. $14 for hummus with pita, 2 slices of red pepper, a handful of cucumber spears, & 4 grape tomatoes. Add in 2 beers & that was $60.
Will never go back.
EDIT to add: We were contacted by the hotel & apologized for the condition of the room. The hotel said they were sorry & our "experience was below our standards", & that their pricing was inline with surrounding hotels. That's it. No discount, no credit, nothing. (I've waited plenty long enough for the hotel to respond again)..
Sure felt great to be dismissed like that on an already difficult trip to pack up my mom's apartment.

Second stay at this property, multiple nights. Front desk staff friendly and efficient. Rooms a bit dated, but clean and secure. Attached restaurant was convenient, not busy, food could’ve been better. Hotel parking lot gets quite busy at times, but always found room to park. Really good location, and is a Sheraton - so you know you’ll be treated well.
