I can’t even find the right words to fully describe how amazing Ernie and his team are, they are kind and courteous, so fast and efficient. They took what had been an absolutely traumatic event this weekend and went over and above to help me and my family out and get my vehicle back on the road, from my whole heart thank you and your amazing staff ❤️ you guys are literally angels on earth ❤️❤️❤️

I rarely make reviews. However, when the service is excellent, I always do. I’ve always had wonderful service at this fountain tire. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They are always able to get me in and today I was even given a courtesy ride home after dropping off my car which was really helpful as I was working today.
I really appreciate how they always go over and above and I’ve always enjoyed every staff member I’ve encountered at this particular tire place. It’s always a little daunting going to car places as a woman however, I’ve always felt comfortable and not price gouged by them. 10/10 and I always recommend places that give wonderful customer service :)

Close to my work and always have had good fast service from them. Made the mistake of going to Ok Tire down the street because they were $10 cheaper last fall. Regret it and learned my lesson. Will be sticking with Fountian Tire from now on, like I should have from the beginning.

Had an awesome experience here, they were friendly and super accommodating and incredibly trustworthy! Took my jeep in because I had a nail in the tire-they discovered it didn’t actually puncture the tire so they gave it right back and didn’t charge me anything. I will definitely be back and cannot thank the staff enough for being so helpful!

I had a fairly stressful experiance with another car/tire company so I took it to these guys and Saaby (Main desk) worked through this issue, came up with the solutions and fixed it completely. Exceptional service and customer experiance. I will be back. Thanks Guys.
