Tyler was exceptionally by far the best you can ask for, especially when booking an appointment he was very helpful and was very understanding. I brought my car in for an alignment and a noise i was hearing, they did a road test and through everything Tyler would call me to give me updates, never experienced a customer service like that before! The owner as well very communicating and friendly! I will definitely come back!

I recently went to Fountain Tire to get new tires, and I had a great experience working with Tyler. He took the time to listen to my needs and recommended tires that made sense for me and my vehicle. I really appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me just to make more money. Tyler was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about providing the best service. Every time I use this store for a tire changeover the work is done when they say it will be. I overheard a repair conversation between the Manager and a Tech and you could tell they were concerned to fix it right the first time.

Our family, and now the company I work for purchase tires, along with other services at the South Surrey location. The service is both consistent and trustworthy; Tyler and his father Drew command the front lines and welcome all who enter. It is refreshing to receive quality service every time I visit, even though they are extremely busy (just like all of us these days), but they show up without making excuses, which reminds me of a relevant quote: "Be stronger than your excuses." Drew and team are nothing short of amazing.
Honest, professional, and top shelf quality of work. Upgraded my Tesla wheels from 18” to 20” and they did it same day for more than half the cost Tesla and others quoted me. Recommend this place all the way.
