Top notch service!!...came from Ontario to buy my car from them, The guys there were amazing!! They kept in touch regularily my whole trip there and then made the process go super smoothly, can't say enough great things about my experience buying from them....I will def come back.....and for all the jdm heads def check there selections...incredible!!

Recently purchased a '04 Toyota Alphard from Charan and Harpreet, and was VERY pleased by the condition of the one I was able to get my hands on!They contacted me, as soon as this gem landed in their lot and couldn't of been happier with the service and condition of said vehicle ?? We were able to come to a deal, the day I arrived.They've covered all warranty issues as well [as of now], given it's had a couple minor issues/repairs.Prices are fair and their selection is pretty broad among sedans, multi-person vehicles and 4x4s (no JDM sports cars)Check em out! They get a recommendation from me ✌?

Earlier this year my cousin and I flew out from Manitoba to Vancouver to purchase a van. The idea was to buy a van for the road trip back and enjoy the drive - accommodation and transportation in one. This was my first time buying a vehicle on my own without guidance and I can’t express enough the helpfulness of Deep and Harp. Throughout the process they were kind and courteous salesmen who made it simple and fun to buy a car. They gave us full freedom with the test drives (evening letting us drive the car to the bank to pick up a cheque). Besides the great salesmen they are, they are also wonderful people. They were so hospitable; buying us both an iced coffee as the day was excruciatingly hot. On top of all this they gave my cousin and I a FIFTY DOLLAR gift card to Tim Hortons for the drive back. I thank you gentlemen again for the kindness you showed two young adults in their car buying process!

No reservations in recommending this dealership to those in market for a Japanese import vehicle with highest quality. Chances are you will be spending perhaps a couple of thousands more than you would from a private party, but it would be a worthwhile investment especially if you plan to keep the vehicle for a long time.Their 2004 Toyota Alphard V6 just ended my 9-weeks of very, very intensive search for a Japanese minivan. I have considered most Alphards up for sale in Greater Vancouver including three from this dealership. Differences in mechanical shapes were very marked, suggesting that they actually spent time and resources to bring these automobiles up to top-notch condition.Deep, the salesperson clearly knew that I was considering a bunch of other Alphards outside their lot, but never dropped single sentence to pressure his customer, which I have amply experienced from other dealerships and individuals. For every request for a test drive, he would gently hand the key and license plate with a smile. I was able to take each van all the way to Trans Canada Highway without time pressure to come back early.Yet he had a confidence that the qualities of his vehicles were far above his competitors, and they were. He also knew that any customer seeking for a vehicle with a highest quality will end up with coming back to him.I did.They specialize in JDM products and know how to help their buyers with long-term maintenance. To me it was important because Alphards have not been built with North American market in mind. Finding a place knowledgeable of this particular model was important. This dealership clearly is.I am glad that my car search ended at right finish line.When finally picking up the van, I noticed two boys playing in the lot, Deep's son and the owner, Harpreet's son. Yes, it was a place where fathers were proud to bring their children to work.To me it spoke a lot.I decided to buy from these gentlemen based on traits mentioned above: mechanically sound vehicles sold by experienced importers with integrity. I believe it would be a winning combination.Thank you, First Rate Motors, it was a right choice that I have made.

I can’t believe this company and salesman were so honest, nice, professional! They explained everything clearly to me through the phone and WhatsApp. I gave them deposit to hold the car for me. I drove all the way with my motorhome from Alberta to BC to picked up this JDM Van, this Van was in very good shape! Clean! I would not give them 100% because they actually gave me 120% service!! me and my family were super happy and satisfied this Van and their service! Good company and keep it on!

Purchasing a car (2008 Honda Stepwagon) from Firstrate Motors was the first time I actually enjoyed the car-buying process. Deep and Harp were courteous, helpful and most of all, patient, while I test drove a variety of vehicles until I found my favourite from their excellent collection of vehicles. Had good experience purchase my 2006 Honda stepwgn there. Deep and Herp helped me to get the car ready for the road trip back to winnipeg while Herp helped me to return my rental. The cleaning lady is the star( detailed my car in the rain) so i can sleep/rest in the Van.
