We had a fireplace installed 4 years ago from them. They did an amazing job and kept the house clean even while they were working. They recently came for a maintenance call before the winter use kicks in and again the service was excellent. Highly recommend them

I was very happy with the sales personnel with knowledge and time spent with me to choose the right fireplace! when I had an issue with remote 6 months later they replaced it immediately under warranty. Lovely people! I recommend them.

This company is amazing. I ordered 2 fireplaces for a new home project and the project was delayed for months and these guys weren't rushing me to pick up the fireplaces. They happily stored them for me. Thanks and would do business again with them anytime and will recommend them often. 5 stars X 2 ;-)

We noticed during the big snow that our fireplace would not stay light. It was not that old and the contractor recommended that we use Fireplaces Unlimited as the go to service folks as they were the original installers. We weren't in a hurry so we told them to get to us when the rush was over.
Two service calls. One to diagnose the problem and one to bring the part to fix it. But only one service charge.
The fireplace brand was not one they usually handle but Shawn quickly spotted the problem, and Jesse did the fix. Both technicians were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. They even sorted out the back-up battery questions I had, about both my fireplaces even though I only called about the one that was causing me the problem.
