The Girl on the counter, charged me more, I have purchased whiskey for 34.09$ but she gave me back,15.50$ she exclaimed that she is not having the change. If you are in customer service you could have left your .09 penny and gave the round off figure to the customer, so from my side, it's the poorest customer service which the store is giving.

Guy called Manav was so rude. He said he won’t be helping me find anything because he wants to ruin my night as the store was about to close in 5 minutes. Hence, charged me more because he had to stay there for extra 2 minutes.

Poor service. Guy named Manav was so rude and he didn’t provide customer service at all. Like, I work in customer service but this was so unacceptable. He stopped the other co-worker to help me just because I got late due to being stuck in traffic.Also, he charged $45 for small bottle. He got so scared I didn’t even check bill.Poor poor service. People like Manav ruin the brand.

I don't know where all these negative reviews come from. I always have a great experience here and the staff is always very nice. I forgot my two drinks on the counter, and the male employee ran out to give them to me!

Very poor customer service. It is not about my ID no one asked me for one.I am working in customer service for last 10 years. I know how to treat my customers better teach your employees to treat all the customers same. I guess you even do not know what I am even criticizing here. Good luck with your shady business when it comes to reviews

So expensive. Don't waste your money here other stores are are cheaper and pretty close too. And the cashier didn't seem like she even cared. She was so mean!

This store has the variety but everything is costlier than the BC LIQUOR Stores elsewhere. They are priced at least 2 dollars more.
