Bought a gold diamond cut bracelet from them. 13 months later it is broken. The gold is breaking off into pieces. For a $3000 bracelet, this should not be happening. Will never shop there again

Was in Fibba's 9 weeks ago to buy my husband a pendant for christmas .But due to circumstances beyond our family's control my dearest husband suffered a medical emergency just days befor Christmas. When I went in to change the order the man serving me was rude and impatient with me .I only wanted it upgraded so I got a matching pendant to the one I bought my husband. I won't be going into Fibba's ever again .

I went here before Christmas with my girlfriend to buy a ring for her and they told me she was too fat buy one. They said verbatim “we no sell small wing fo big girl”. Completely appalled by that. Never heard anything like that in my life.

Disgusting. I walked by and the owner of the place was screaming and yelling at the employee that it was his store and so on. No employee should be screamed at by staff, owner or customer ever. It makes me never want to even step door in here also.

-10... these guts are criminal !! Brought my mothers wedding ring in years ago to get cleaned , & sized down , so I could give it to my soon to be new wife... this ring has been appraised & in my family for 80 years.. When I went to pick up my ring, they charged me xtra saying the claws holding diamond was loose n they repaired it at xtra cost without asking.. .Marriage was sour right away. Within a year, I went to sell this ring and found out, my diamond was stolen & replaced with a worthless , fractured diamond.. the ring went from a value of $8,000 , - $500... Luckily my mother died, or she'd want vengeance.. .. I hate everything about this business.. Absolutely con artists.. dont bring your rings here for any reason..

Everytime I walk by the store the guy/owner or manager is always yelling or something at his staff's whom is all female staff that just takes his verbal abuse. Very unprofessional and he is scaring away potential customers. Even if I do want to check out their stuff that guy always yelling and talking loudly just makes uncomfortable to go in there. Not a friendly vibe.

I would give this place no stars if it were an option. All I can say is extremely poor craftsmanship, customer service and all around common sense for good business practices! The same (small halo) diamond fell out of my ring THREE times over a period of less than three years. I paid for the replacement and work to fix the first time, second time they replaced it at no cost and within a few more months it fell out again! Now of course they blame this on "wear and tear"! I put my ring in a safe when I'm doing any work or gardening that would cause hardship to it. There is no way that this time frame for the same stone falling out would be acceptable to any quality jeweler! Garbage that is sent out overseas where the craftsmanship is totally non-existent!!!Don't waste your time or money on this garbage!

I forgot the name of the lady who helped us but she was always stylish and very friendly! My fiancé and I found our wedding rings from here and she was very helpful in getting them fitted just right while also making us feel warmly welcomed (which is tough for youngsters who don’t dress posh enough for the hoity toity jewellery stores!). Thank you again, Fibba staff!
