Jon at FMS moved a client of mine from Surrey to Okanagan. The buyers could not stop raving about this company. On time through out the whole process, delivered everything undamaged, very thorough and reliable. We will definitely recommend them moving forward to all of our clients, moving within BC and AB.

Best movers you can get in the lower mainland!
Above and beyond team, will use again without hesitation... great value... use them!!
Pros:

- Amazing team with a single leader to communicate clearly with you
- Actually listens to you, but goes above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable with every aspect of the move
- All team members for our move were hard-working, kind, and lowered our stress levels
- Very gentle with our belongings, treated it like their own stuff... wrapped everything in blankets and shrinkwrap, packed it into the trucks like a tetris game and showed us periodically how everything looked
- Disassembled and assembled our major furniture
- Punctual
- No damage, brought the right tools to disassemble furniture

Overall A+ team -- would not hesitate to recommend to anyone and will 100% use them again. Entirely worth the cost if you can afford it... the time saved setting up furniture alone was worth it.

I had to reschedule my move by 10 days due to renos and Ferguson was able to make this happen for me. Their movers were amazing. Moving is stressful enough and Ferguson got the job done on time and provided excellant customer service. Will definitely recommend their services.

From the second they answered my inquiry phone call, this company showed itself to be head and shoulders above the others I have used. My move wasn’t typical and had time restraints. They were kind, efficient and went above and beyond to make it happen. Absolutely amazing and I 100% highly recommend them! Their personnel made my tricky situation successful and much less stressful that it could have been. So grateful for their help.

Amazing service! The movers were on time, fast, and careful. They wrapped all of our furniture and made sure to protect everything including our house by putting down mats to walk on. I would highly recommend Ferguson for your next move!

I had a few quotes from different moving companies and ultimately I chose Ferguson because of the upfront nature of the cost. Jon came into my home to give me a quote and he was incredibly personable and matter of fact of what it would take to do the huge move we were contemplating. He is super organized and responsive to messages. The move day came and everything went really well. The small army he has were pleasant guys, strong and absolutely hard workers. Would recommend using 10/10. Thank you Jon and all the guys at Ferguson!

This was my second time using movers and Ferguson Moving and Storage were amazing. Not just in comparison to the last company we used previously, but because they were open and honest from the start. We recieved a quote, not an estimate. This is a service that is sometimes a necessity and the fact that some will give a low estimate to get your business, but then ding you at the end for so many "unforeseen costs" or "the small print, contract speech" is just terrible. As experienced movers they are very much aware of all the possibilities they may come across. Ferguson was very honest about everything and gave me all the information up front. Very open about cost and timeframe. I appreciated the visit beforehand to see what we had to move, the doorways, access to the house, steps, etc. No last minute, additional charges because "we didn't know there would be.....".The movers themselves were super nice, efficient and accommodating. Moving is a stressful time and when you pay someone to help they should make as stess free as possible and Ferguson made this move just that. I highly recommend Ferguson and would definitely use them again.

Jon was an absolute pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend more. Although there were some hiccups with the work requested, he handled them quickly, professionally and made sure that me and my family were satisfied. I would 10/10 recommend Ferguson to anyone in the market for movers. We did a lot of research before booking, and right from the initial quote all the way thru to the very end of the moving day they were by far the best choice and the most professional. The moving crew was so professional and helpful- they did an amazing job and didn’t cut any corners. They made sure absolutely everything was in the right place and assembled exactly as we wanted. They truly made our move as seamless and easy as possible. We cannot say enough good things about Ferguson Moving, best choice we made!
