Driver had my buzzer code and buzzed 3 times but could not deliver the package. Tried to tell them I am buzzing them up but no answer. Not sure why they didn’t just drop it off in the mail room. I was at work and couldn’t retrieve the package.
Will be calling FedEx to get this delivered.
Always a major inconvenience getting anything delivered by FedEx et al. Very annoying when we need to pay extra for their delivery service.

The label for my shipment has been created but its not been handed out from 4 days. I paid for a express delivery and the package has not left even the store yet.Just pathetic service

Slowest service! Nobody cares whether the line up is until the main entrance! No one is stepping up to help! I waited for almost 30 minutes just process a return! How ridiculous it is!

I went there to collect a FedEx package that I had a door tag saying to collect there.It was completely empty but the girl didn't want to work. She said my package was not there even though I was showing the door tag.Then she told me to call FedEx. I called in front of her. It took a long time for a person to get my call. They said the package was there.Then I had to argue with the girl again for her to do her job and search for my package.Then after 30 seconds looking at the lockers she found the package.Lots of people in need to work. If you don't want, leave!
