Slowest service! Nobody cares whether the line up is until the main entrance! No one is stepping up to help! I waited for almost 30 minutes just process a return! How ridiculous it is!

I went there to collect a FedEx package that I had a door tag saying to collect there.It was completely empty but the girl didn't want to work. She said my package was not there even though I was showing the door tag.Then she told me to call FedEx. I called in front of her. It took a long time for a person to get my call. They said the package was there.Then I had to argue with the girl again for her to do her job and search for my package.Then after 30 seconds looking at the lockers she found the package.Lots of people in need to work. If you don't want, leave!

It is located inside staples close to Surrey central.I went their to deliver important document via express fedex. Only two girls were trying to deliver jobs with long queue in last hours.System was slow, one girl picked random envelope size which is actually changing price of courier task. Then another girl did with another size & made it okay.It took me over half an hour to complete this job.Overall experience was not a smooth.

Paid $120 to ship 2 letter sized docs to South East Asia. They said it would take 2 days, however it took almost a week to arrive.

FedEx is way better then Purolator. FedEx actually delivers your package. I think they just revolutionized shipper services.

Paid for express shipping, my package sat inside a "container" for almost a week when it got to my city, and i wasnt able to go get it myself even though the office was open.

This package was delivered soaking wet. The box tore apart whole trying to open. My goods were damaged.

I had one of my packages redirected to this ShipCentre as I wasn’t home to receive it. I think they may have missed scanning my package because I never received a notification that it was there, nor was the tracking page updated. I called the main FedEx customer service line who confirmed it was there for me but when I called this ShipCentre itself, they said they didn’t have it. Now it’s being sent back to sender. Please make sure you scan your packages properly!

Although there was a line up for the FedEx Services on the day I visited, we were helped quickly and I didnt have to wait long at all.I enjoyed the pleasent attitude of the behind the counter worker. She was knowledgeable and got me back on the road feeling satisfied my needs were met.I will use this authorized FexEx location again and will mention to my friends and family my good experience.Also having their business inside of Staples is nice and I was able to grab some home office supplies at the same time.
