BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY from this dry cleaner SAVE YOUR MONEY & GARMENTS. Here is why: they don't know what they're doing (amatures), they will destroy your garments, take no responsibility, issue no refund nor pay pay for the damages. The middle-aged Indian woman who owns the place is rude, unapologetic, and vindictive. They destroyed a very expensive suede leather jacket, and when confronted, she accused us of bringing it already damaged and started yelling even threatened us.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. At this business, the customer is never right.They destroyed my very expensive leather jacket (you can see in the pictures the stains they created and how the clearly used some kind of brush that completely destroyded the suede patern), the "owner" was rude, yelled at me, didn't take reponsability for their mistake and blame me for the damage, also didn't refund me, nor pay for the damages to my jacket. I came to this place for many years, never a problem until now with the new owners, they have no clue on what the word "clean" means. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Bad service I have been going to this dry cleaners for the last 20 years. Seen many changes on management but the present management is so careless and did not send my clothes to dry cleaning. went after 2 days after the pick up day and it was not ready. Wanted me to come back following day but got it pressed half and still damp. I have given so much much of buisness to them. When I complained the lady didn't agree amd pretended it was OK. Bad service and clothes are hacked by cheap labou. Never to return until another change ?

I brought in a baseball cap to have the elastic band replaced, because the elastic was no longer stretchy. I also had asked to keep the logo tag and sew it onto the new elastic. This logo tag was very important to the male wearer of the cap.Firstly: the service took longer than 2 weeks. Excuse was back logged because of vacation by the sewer.Secondly: the elastic that was sewn on without providing any stretch, the very reason for replacing the elastic, therefore the cap did not fit the head and was loose as before with the old elastic.Thirdly: the important logo tag was lost!Fourthly: the 25.00 charge was outrageous and accompanied with excuses that it was a difficult job.......removing and replacing an elastic band????will not ever use this business again

Brought a wool flat weave 2 x 3 mat in to be cleaned. They charged $40. When I questioned this price the middle aged woman snapped at me, "Because it's a rug". I used work in a cleaners so I know that the process for rugs would be very simple. Anyway, I decided to leave it and pointed out the chocolate stain. When I picked it up and brought it home the chocolate stain was exactly as it was when I brought it in, obviously no effort had been made (ie. stain removable) to clean the stain. I wish i checked reviews before taking my dress here. The owners were rude and inconsiderate. I was told to pick up dress on Wednesday, i got busy and went on Thursday after work during rush hour… it was not ready. I was told to come the next day, next day my husband went to pick it up and it still was not ready. When my husband became upset and asked questions they literally said “well why did you bring it here?” What kind of a business says something like that to its customers. They were very rude and inconsiderate of someones time. If something is not ready a simple call/message does not hurt. Would never go back here again. Choose another dry cleaners!

Dropped off a skirt to fix the zipper on a Monday and was told to pick up anytime Saturday. Went Saturday and was told it was still not completed. I advised I needed the skirt for the evening. Was told could pick up in half an hour, went back and got the skirt but didn't realize until I put it on that they took off the eye and hook and did not replace it. It costs me $20 and don't think it's worth it.Service: Alterations

Took my silk dress as label said dry clean but with care. A young girl took my dress & i think new owners not experienced they ruin my silk dress. The dress colour faded completely :( never going here again. If they experienced they could have warn me say this may get damaged!

The new owner of Evergreen Tailors, Pinky, Is truly amazing. Her excellent customer service and professionalism is above and beyond, these are the types of local business owners that we all need to go out and support. She is an extremely talented seamstress who was able to save a pair of work pants that I thought were ruined. I am so happy with the positive experience I had with her, and I recommend anyone looking for dry cleaning or alterations to go to her!Service: Alterations
