Deepali a very rude person works here , she does not know how to speak with the customers, as i had issue with my order , I told that I need to talk to the manager she said am the manager do whatever you want to do . She does not even deserve to a employee how can she be a manager. Not recommended this place at all. She should be fired . Spoiled my mood early morning. I told the other employee that two ice packs wont fit , he said its okay and he was ready to exchange it. We did not ask for refund but just to exchange. It was just 5 seconds difference.

The reviews aren't a lie. I wish I can give 0 stars. They are thieves and upcharge customers. I was planning on using PC Reward Points towards my gas purchase. The cashier (maybe owners wife) recommended I purchase more gas in order to take advantage of the rewards offer, but she didn't even scan my card on purpose. I paid, and she overcharged my card by double the amount, but told me I would be refunded the remaining amount after filling up. After filling up my car with gas, I went back to her to ask why she didn't scan my card or apply the points. She said they can decline or accept using the PC points under their discretion. She tried explaining everything to me like she's a financial advisor telling me using the points is not worth it. I'd recommend everyone steer clear of this gas station as they are cheap and try to trick their customers. There are other Esso gas stations who are transparent with their customers and actually apply the PC points towards their purchases. Never coming here again.
