Be careful of this 711 station if you are using PC point .I asked to scan my point but realized that it's just a formality and you will not earn any point with any purchase you make. After fueling up and buying extra car wash I realized they didn't honor my point (paid almost $95).I went back to the same cashier SAMRAN , no help at all she just said I don't know..no solution given no help at all...im very disappointed..no customer service at all..when it comes of taking the money they are sweet if there is any issue, they dont exist at all. Never will use this station.

Careful using the pump here, they are scamming people by canceling the first transaction, then making you redo the transaction, and then they are pocketing the first one. Make sure you get your cancel receipt and paid receipt, then check your bank account. Don't get scam.

Tim Hortons always fast service. Nit sure about the gas station itself as I only go in for the fast service at Tim Hortons

Do not go to this gas station. I prepaid for my gas inside, and the cashier did not confirm which pump I was at. By time I got outside they had put the gas on a different pump and then was stolen. They did zero to help me. They provided me with a license plate as to who took the gas. However, once I contacted the police, it was the incorrect license plate. I spoke to the owner, and he literally was so rude. I will never go to this gas station again in my life.

This is an extremely busy Esso Station. I have to hand it to the workers for the patience that they have dealing with customers. They have an in store take - out Tim Hortons as well as the Drive thru and a car wash / gas station . Needless to say it gets busy. It is also a very transient area with the Guildford Mall across the street and Hwy 1 just a few blocks down the road..I took 1 star off for the fact that it is difficult at times to get parking . It is also not the easiest place to navigate getting back onto the road and getting into traffic, at times it can be a little tricky. As you only have a couple of options as it is on the corner of 152 and 104. The staff for the most part are polite and try to be as helpful as possible amongst what at times can feel like a mad house.
