This place carries many luxury brand names, beautiful and well crafted shoes that are stylish and comfortable. Prices are reasonable. The owner is very friendly, informative, and generous and connects with clients in a warm way. Highly recommend this shoe store!!!

This store is great and the staff are all super friendly and helpful. I bought a pair of Josef Seibel boots that are as comfortable as slippers. I wear them constantly. Now I have my eye on a pair of Fitflop sandals that are supposed to be excellent for people with plantar fasciitis.

I went to this store about two weeks ago to buy some new boots. Having worked in retail management in my previous life, I wanted to go to a bricks and mortar location to benefit from the superior customer service one gets as opposed to on-line purchases.
As I live in a rainy area, I specifically asked the sales associate if the boots I had chosen were waterproof and was informed that they were. Upon my first wearing, I was dismayed to find that the boots had soaked right through.
I called the store manager Scott and explained the situation expecting that I would be able to return the boots and choose another pair. Scott got back to me and said after speaking to all of his sales associates that none of them could remember telling me that the boots were waterproof. Seriously? Because they said to him, oh gee, I never said that (what else are they going to say!!!) basically he implied that I was lying. I asked him that but of course he waffled...
He would not return them or even replace them.
To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. Furious would be more appropriate. Although I am a retired woman, I am quite comfortable purchasing goods on-line but made the extra effort to support a local business. You would think that a physical store, slowly dying from internet competition, would do the basics to retain a walk-in customer, if not go the extra mile.
Scott has lost a customer that likely would have purchased again if her experience was even merely pleasant! But, I’m pretty sure I can purchase better designer boots from Amazon in the future. And will.

Brutal customer service and attitude. Drove specifically to the store. Got a phone call as I was walking in so I spoke outside of the store and window shopped while I did so. The sales lady, a little butchy, waves her hands at me and says "go" while I'm on the phone. I walk in from outside and ask her if she was saying something to me or not (couldn't believe it) and she says it's distracting to her and the customers and to talk somewhere else. This isn't 1982 sweetie. Would never ever ever think of buying from such a l***** Sincerely hope that whoever was working today at 4:30 on Friday October 19 goes home and has a glass of wine and chills the F out and that her unfriendly awkward nature catches up with a swift firing one day. If she owns the place...well that retail chain isn't gonna last long.
