“Excellent service from Rupinder - he's responsive and offered a great deal for our washer dryer. He also answered my many many questions all throughout the night via text. On top of that, the delivery and installation team was fast and top notch. From the day we first talked to Rupinder to the day everything was installed took a matter of ~1 business day. We finalized the purchase on Friday ~5PM and it was installed by Monday ~630PM. Highly highly recommend!”

“I recently visited London Drugs and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The entire team was absolutely outstanding.
At Canada Post inside the store, Hardeep (apologies if I got the name wrong), along with Aidan and Preeti, and other two more ladiesnat front checkout - truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly welcoming, patient, and supportive throughout my visit. I was having a long and exhausting day, but their kindness and professionalism genuinely lifted my mood.
Every single staff member I interacted with made me feel valued as a customer. Their attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help were simply wow.?
I would’ve happily filled out an NPS survey, but I didn’t have my receipt, so I wasn’t able to get past the first step. Still, I didn’t want to miss the chance to appreciate this team.

I couldn’t remember my password took a hour to reset, when they put in a new battery it goes to a technician who does a full assessment on the phone, that takes two hours. So I was back n forth met with several staff members. Every single one was kind, attentive, went above and beyond to help me. Thank you good service is sometimes hard to receive this store employees are well trained and well mannered. ❤️?❤️”
