Cannot recommend Al's customer service enough saying he went above and beyond is an understatement, the entire staff is extremely professional, and had me in and out in no time with my repair cost being extremely reasonable. Would absolutely recommend anybody who needs anything hydraulic serviced.

Manufacturers of the best roll off system in the lower mainland. Also had some damage to rail system under heavy load and was fully warrantied by Dale and the Drive team. Regardless of the cause, they stood behind their bulletproof system and expedited the repair immediately. Junkyard Boys would recommend their products and service to anyone looking for custom truck bodies and accessories.

Teach your drivers how to drive a truck properly, when opposing traffic has the a turning light a d the truckers light is red that doesn't me he should start or engage in a wide right turn blocking the incoming traffic that's turning left on a blinking green light. Basic knowledge

Been dealing with Drive Products for 10+ years. Never had a bad experience. Al & Derm are awesome. Had a serious issue with my pump and plumbing. They worked diligently to get me back up and running in a couple of hours!

PLEASE READ THIS FULLY IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING HAVING WORK DONE AT DRIVE PRODUCTS:
I was recommended this shop by a work acquaintance, he stated that they were knowledgeable, quick and offered fair pricing. Man, was this ever wrong. I took my Hiab in for repair on Wednesday July 12, 2017 as I was having issues with one of my extensions. I clearly explained to Brad, the customer service rep. the problem I was experiencing with my Hiab. He told me it would not take long to fix the problem. My truck was returned to me on July 19th with a $2800 bill and no problem fixed. I have to add that my initial quote was around $350 WOW..What a huge difference. During the entire week they had my truck I heard countless excuses of why my hiab was not fixed but what is most upsetting to me, aside from all my lost time and money is that this shop has done nothing to rectify this horrible experience, except tell me that they gave me a "special price" on the labor (according to them ).I have asked for a solution that is fair to both parties. I find it extremely unfair and unprofessional of their part, to stick me with a bill for work that was not completed since the mechanical issue is still the same. Unfortunately, I had to take my hiab to a different shop on the same day I picked it up from drive products. How extremely frustrating. Do NOT waste your time. Go to real professionals, that are not money hungry and will get the job done the right way the first time without playing guessing games.
