Item I wanted to purchase scanned in at almost double the price as the label on the shelf. Manager on duty went with me to check the price at the shelves. When she saw the incorrect label, she scraped it off and accused me or someone else of moving the items under the wrong pricing sticker. The entire shelf was filled with the same item and laser lined to the edge. It was obviously done by an employee and she wouldn't own up to the mistake. I asked her if they would honor the sticker price and she said no. Extremely rude and arrogant manager, I would've been okay with just paying the higher price if you had just owned up to the mistake, but not only did you not take responsibility, you try to conceal the evidence by scraping the sticker off and accused me of tampering with an entire wall of inventory and putting it under the wrong pricing label.

I bought some dry clay before but when I got home it was broken. Please tell the store owner to check your item, I'm very angry, Dollarama specializes in selling fake goods.

This place has everything you need when dollar store shopping but the atmosphere is horrible, the staff are extremely rude, no one ever smiles there and just screams "next" in a "I'm tired of working this job" kind of voice...I only go here if I HAVE to. The product is there but the staff are horrendous. Boo

Apparently if they make a pricing error on the shelf, it is not honored. I will be contacting the BBB after the horrible way I was treated by the manager on duty. I'd give zero stars if I could. I was a regular at this dollar store up until this happened.

I went there on Sunday, Nov 19 at 4pm. The store was well-stocked. I remembered the cashier had a very friendly smile. She was awesome and patient. I highly recommend this place.
