Sold me toyota rav4. engine seized 2hrs after. Brought it back. They said the globe warranty that was included will fix it. Took 3 weeks to fix. They said they replaced the engine. ran ok for 10 days. Engine light came on checked oil. No oil. Looked into it further. Turns out they didn't change the Engine. Nothing but lies. Do not deal with these people .they are very dishonest.

If you guys are reading this, you’re likely looking to buy a used vehicle that isn’t going to make a huge dent in the wallet, you want something that’s reliable and isn’t gonna crap out after a week and you want to feel safe with your purchase. Absolutely horrible place. Went to look at a truck and it was out of an alignment and there was so much moisture inside the cab there was mold growing in it. Whoever bought the 2010 ram 2500 better get it checked for leaks. Salesman was terrible too. Told him there was mold and all he said was why do you think its so cheap and not $15,000. Didn't even try to correct things. Will never go back here or recommend this place. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

I went in here to browse and i test drove a couple cars as well. I found a car i really liked, purchased it and i drove it off the lot a couple hours later. Amit sold me the car and was pleasant to work with, Jim helped me around the lot as well when i was browsing and even prepped the vehicle i bought with a cleaning. Overall a chill experience i would recommend checking them out.

Absolutely recommended and best used car dealer in the Vancouver area :)I come from Germany and was looking for an off-road used car for my travels through Canada. I went to Carlo on the recommendation of a friend. I told him my needs and budget and he showed me some great cars. Everything was very transparent and I was able to look at everything and test drive it. A few days later we found the right car for me together and I bought it that same day at a fair price. Registration and purchase were very easy and quick. After a few days I unfortunately had some problems with the car and so called Carlo. He said I could come over at any time and they would look at the problem. So I spontaneously drove by and my car was repaired very quickly. Even after the problem recurred, they didn't give up until they found the cause. So I can warmly recommend Carlo and feel like I'm in very good hands. You can rely on him 100%, he is easy to reach and always tries to help you. Thanks Carlo! :)

Bought a car from here almost a year ago still running great no issues besides ac failing but kind of expected on a 20 year old car… would definitely check out the lot if I was looking for a new car!

Our New to US 2000 Mazda Protege complete with sunroof and awesome stereo @ 189this car is in mint condition! 2 days ago…I made a deposit & signed the paperwork on a great set of wheels! And yesterday picked it up from an excellent honest, reliable affordable dealership! Thank you so much to Jim & Carlo with Discount Motor City Ltd.!Jim, the certified mechanic of 53years truly cares about the safety of the vehicles he works on! He inspected the vehicle with a fine tooth comb: straight up and ethically reliant! His workmanship & due dillegance to provide a mechanically sound vehicle for every family! Carlo in the business for 30+ years and truly cares about educating his clients on what to look for in a sound vehicle. They are men of an era that is a lost art: fix stuff & do it right! Just like my Grandad Jim taught my Dad…. And the reason I have learned so much about cars! Truly from the bottoms of our heart… thank you for restoring my faith in humanity! Where you value people’s hard earned money and want to help them get what they need… without any pressure!After a couple months of looking at private sales, going to several dealerships with overpriced cars, brand new cars I just couldn’t afford the payments on or hitting the bottom of the barrel dealership several days ago and tried to scam me on a shoddy car and this sleezeball couldn’t pull a fast one on me… I know my stuff and wasn’t buying what he was selling! Best used car dealer in Surrey!!!My friend and I are from Germany and were looking for a used car dealer in Surrey. After several dubious dealers we luckily came across Carlo. After we told him what we wanted and our budget, he showed us a great car. We were able to test drive it without any problems and were immediately thrilled. A few days later we bought the car. At a fair price and with three months warranty included. Registration and purchase were very easy and we were able to take the car home right away. After a few days, we unfortunately had a technical problem and called him. He said we should come to him and he would sort it out. No sooner said than done. He spared no expense and effort, even worked on Sunday as we had to leave a short time later. All in all, a super service. As we were driving into the mountains, he offered to get and fit winter tyres. He offered to store the all-weather tyres free of charge, which we gratefully accepted, as well as the option that we would not find a buyer to buy the car back after our stay. All in all it was a very great experience. We can only recommend Carlo and are happy to be in the "family"!Vanessa & Domenik
