Thx Adayan M your a good man.I showed up at the wearhouse to pickup for the island and this guy was on it! Checked paperwork matched number talked to a dock guy got it all figured out and quickly exchange signatures and copies and I was on my way!Very pleasant experience with ADAYAN M.THANKS AND HOPE TO DO BUSINESS AGAIN!

One of their drivers is incompetent and almost caused an accident while I had my little brother in the car. Also acted aggressively swearing through his window. If he’s that reckless driving around on busy roads whatever he’s carrying is definitely NOT safe and you should not trust him with ANY delivery.

We have been using Diamond Delivery for almost 5 years. Their first assignment was one of our toughest delivery sites and they hit it out of park! The various depots are quick to respond to my emails and help me however they can. On the odd occasion where something has gone wrong they are quick to find out what happened and make it right. Simply put, they have made my job easier.

I have worked with diamond delivery for all my local shipments in the lower mainland and Victoria BC, The customer service is great, and the representatives are always very patient and go above an beyond in both dispatch Surrey and victoria. I am a supply chain manager and in transportation issues and changes are constant so you want a partner that is able to deliver and constantly updated you when issues arise to my Diamond Delivery has been that partner and I hope they keep on the good work.

I wish I could give -5 stars. I read the reviews about this company and believed it was a good choice, but I was so wrong! This company was a nightmare in my life. My move came from Toronto to Saskatoon. It was supposed to be delivered on May 15, but only arrived 10 days later. The communication with the company was amazing before I hired them, which gave me a positive impression. I deeply regret the decision to work with them. To make things worse, one table and an expensive office chair were broken and they refused to pay for the damage. I will return to Toronto in a couple years but definitely will look for a better company next time.

This company has the worst drivers EVER! I witness one of their drivers trying to merge and push a vehicle into oncoming traffic, however the position he was in was the merge and needed to do so when it was safe and he chose to try and "bully" another vehicle into oncoming traffic where they had no where to go. GET A HANDLE ON YOUR DRIVERS ESPECIALLY IN COMPANY BRANDED VEHICLES!!! If this is how your employees drive in a vehicle that has a logo on it I can only imagine how they drive in their own vehicles as well! I will NEVER use this company due to what I witnessed yesterday

I am absolutely disgusted by the actions of one of your drivers. License plate ending in 2175.He was merging into my lane in heavy traffic, I was at the front wheel barrel driver side of his truck when he started to try to merge into my lane, so clearly he should lay back and slide in behind but he wouldn't he kept pushing to push me into another lane where I literally had no where to go. Not only is this wreckless but very dangerous for everyone on the road. He then proceeded to finger me which means he clearly doesn't get he was at fault and has zero respect for the rules of the road.I will be reporting this to the police so be aware of this. Whoever was driving this truck today should be fired or loose their license if they want to continue to drive in an unsafe manner.

Drivers can be a bit hit and miss but overall they're pretty quick, reliable and very competitively priced. Customer service has always been helpful

Delivery was fast and cheap. The staff taking the booking were friendly and helpful. I'm actually a bit shocked by some of the other reviews. Perhaps things are improving in 2023. I can't say enough good things about my experience.

In the last few months, I've hired Diamond Delivery to do 5 loads around the Vancouver area and Fraser Valley. I'm happy with their pricing and service. I've specifically dealt with Amit, who has been professional and friendly.There have been a couple of snags with these loads (that's trucking!) but Amit and the drivers have always ensured that the job was completed despite problems that arose.Problems happen; it's follow-through that matters, and Diamond follows through and gets the job done!UPDATE: Amit no longer works for Diamond but I have still used them and found their service great.
