The service point is inside The UPS Store in Cloverdale. Dropping off was easy and didn't take long.They also ship with DHL if that is your preference.

I asked my mom to drop off a package for me that needed to be returned, and she encounter the rudest most disrespectful employee. I am shocked at how you treated my mother! Shame on you. Disgusting!!!!!!!!!Feel bad I even ask her now because I would have told him off!!!!
