I have shopped here many times and always receive excellent customer service and I am very pleased by the wide selection of shoes and accessories. Mattiee is always so professional and knowledgeable about what would work best for me and my family. I will always make Devon at Lougheed Mall my first choice.

Worst customer service bought Crocs for my daughter paid $67 and guy over the counter just handed over the slippers saying take it no box no carry bag felt like buying open box second hand.
Even when I asked for bag or something to carry said It cast 1 dollar. What a shame very bad my invoice attached. Never recommend this store.
I just returned right away the crocs because of this.

Raania is very patient , nice , kind and willing to help not matter how much time she goes to the back to check for different shoe sizes . I also love the way she smiles like she enthusiastic about her work .

Completely appalled while buying shoes today. The store is crowded and unorganized. And to top it off, why is there a tip function on the pinpad? Will never be back.
