First off, I’d like to say I’ve only been bringing my 03 Road King, and now my 03 Heritage to Denco for about 4 - 5 years. Have always been happy with the service. Never had any builds or major custom work, just regular stuff ( tuneups’ and oil changes etc. ) Made an appointment for another regular service for We’d. July 24th. Was told I could bring my bike in that morning or the night before. Called Denco to confirm on the 23rd. and was informed they were a couple of days behind and agreed for me to bring the bike in Thursday the 25th. About 5 days later the 29th I called and asked how it was going. Was told they would check and call me back. About an hour later they called and said my bike was going on the service bench now. Four days later Friday August 5th I called again and listened to their recorded message, closed Friday for the long weekend, also Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. So the earliest I may get my bike back would be August 6th. Really don’t think a customer should expect to be waiting 13 days for an oil change and tuneup. 🥲

Looking for a custom bike guy in Surrey named Mike (he has one leg). He did some work for me year way back, and I've been away from riding for a few years. Just got a new ride and I'm trying to find him to get some work done. His shop from 2015 is no longer there (in Surrey). If I can't find him, I'll be coming to Denco. Thanks for anyone who replies.

The customer service here is NOT FRIENDLY at all. I went in to ask a simple question and they ignored me. When I finally got someone to talk to me, they were extremely rude and condescending.I would not recommend based off the customer service interaction.

Never an issue. These guys understand customer service! Always fair and they stand by their work. The only shop I use now.

The guys at Denco are absolutely the best. They know their stuff. I have been there 3 times. Always very satisfied with all their work. Justin and Corey have treated me with respect and have helped me get back on the road asap. Great guys reasonable prices and quality work.
